3 nights stayed in GuangDong hotel, i feel that the hotel staffs very helpful and courtesy. Location is very convenient to us especially for food, transport and shopping. I will be back to this hotel if i travel to HK again.

This time I also stay at this hotel only 1 night with 2 rooms for 4 people. This tims is also same as many times which I stayed here. I always have been checked in late after 2.30PM. This is the weakness of them but they never improve that. They only some time have good price and near TST MTR. Nothing else is better than that.

This is a very good location for shopping area. However, during this visit during the World Cup period, lots of bars and pubs are opened which caused a very noisy atmosphere. But still I love it here also because it's located near the mtr station and easily linked to other places.

Guandong Hotel
our hotel is so accessible to the mrt station, small and big shops around the vicinity of the hotel, night life, grocery store and most specially near the famous Super Star Seafood Restaurant. Receptionist are very approachable.

Guangdong Hotel is a hotel near Tsim Shatsu Station if you take the MTR or if you take a bus from the airport going to this hotel you should ride the bus A21 and get off on the 13th stop of the bus. Guangdong Hotel is a nice hotel because it is so accessible to the MTR station, their is a night life (bar etc.) around the vicinity of the hotel, theirs a 24hrs grocery store near the hotel and most specially it is near to the most famous Super Star Seafood Restaurant. Receptionist are friendly, accomodating and always have a friendly smile.

The Guangdong, part of a mainland Chinese hotel chain and once plagued by Asian tour groups, has upgraded its look, its image, and its prices, with tour groups now accounting for only 5% of its business. It's located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, about a 10-minute walk from the Star Ferry and only minutes from the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. Its lobby is spare but upbeat, with an illuminated glass wall behind the reception desk and Picasso-esque masks adorning one wall. Its rooms are very small but clean and pleasant enough, with room rates based primarily on floor level. None of the rooms here offer views; most face other buildings. If you want to be away from the din of traffic, splurge for a larger deluxe room on a higher floor. Better yet are executive-floor rooms, which reflect either Japanese or European influences in their design and decor.

nice hotel worth the price

We booked 2 rooms and took red taxi from the airport which cost hk$245. We arrived before check-in time, so we just left the luggages, and took metro to disney land, and check-in when we came back. The hotel is clean, but the rooms are small (typical hongkong's hotels but worth the price). Very close to Tsim Tsa Tshui Metro, shopping centres, and food all within walking distance. Unfortunately during our stay, raining in Hongkong, so we couldn't go out much. The staffs were helpful in giving informations by showing the map and told us how to go to the places we wanted to go. The only con is that we have to pay for internet service which cost HK$120 for 24 hours, while other hotels give free internet services.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
take metro to disneyland.

The Hotel is in a good location. 3-5 minutes man walking to Shopping Area. I book a superior room but upgraded to Executive room. the room is not so big same as other tourist hotels in HK, but good enough for 2 persons. Valued with the price. I recommend.

having to see the bed to have two little pillows make the whole bed more comfortable, at least it does not look like any other hotel i have stayed, the photo from the internet shows nice bed but in real the bed is just normal. small tv on the wall is cool, save the space. having a environment friendly hotel concept is good at least seek customer agreement not to change the bedsheet only after 3 days of stay. overall is a good hotel
