Amicably ambient room, very comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom, soothing light fittings, dynamic view from the window, matching interiors, phone-TV-internet facility, friendly and helpful staff, clean environment, calm and silent corridors. Paid channels TV only, no internet in economy rooms. Thanks to Agoda, my search for hotel in Hong Kong became easier and I found the perfect hotel to stay in. Agoda provided me the hotel which is suitable to all my needs and I had a very happy stay in there. I am completely satisfied with the service and will be glad to suggest all my friends and fellows to consult Agoda only while looking for a place to stay in. I will forever cherish my experience.

Great loacation, near to MTR station. Enjoyed the stay here. The room is clean. You can find everything around the corner, food, bar, convenience store or even brand name shops.

good location, good access to places we wanted to go no swimming pool for guests This is 2nd time to stay in the hotel this 1st quarter of 2009. This time my two sons came along. we stayed in two different bedrooms. At first we wanted to try the so-called suite but the price is relatively much more expensive compared to staying in two different double bedrooms. People nowadays choose to be more reasonable when to comes to spending money that is why we decided to stay on 2 different bedrooms instead. I asked my sons about their feedback on their stay at the hotel, they said it was great. they really loved the chinese restaurant that serves good dimsum. It was food food food that was always on their minds. For us, we are all satisfied ad happy that we stayed at Guandong hotel. Thanks to this website that we found the hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip : Good chinese restaurant with yummy dimsum. Siomai and Hakaw was great!

Friendly staff, fast service. Room, sheets and bathroom clean. coffee and tea replenished every day, as well as toiletries.
Room is kinda small, and pillows are not plump. Breakfast not included. Excellent location, just a few steps after getting off from bus A21 from the airport. 2-minute walk to MTR - there are a lot of restaurants nearby, 711 just around the corner, KFC and McDonalds nearby. Shops also within the vicinity. It's very easy to get around, a few stops by MTR to Wanchai and Mongkok, as well as going to Causeway. Rate is very friendly on the budget, which is the best point.

Location is very good. We had nice stay there. I'm definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. The location is very good and not too far from MTR. Especially, if you are shopping mania, it just 5-10 mins walk from hotel to shopping area. Transfer to Macau is also convenient as it near by the port. Staffs are helpful and good English. We was accommodate in the room type and all special request. Room condition is also good. Unfortunately, i didn't have a chance to try their restaurant. In conclude, this is worth to my money. I'm sure to use thier service again for my next trip in Hongkok and I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone.
Shopping Tip : Hotel is very near by shopping area. There are many big Department Store which Brand Name Shop around. Just get a map at Airport, then you will know the direction.

Room a little tired but nothing major Our room wasnt massive but not the shoebox described by many of the other reviewers.
Staff were friendly and helpful
We recieved a free upgrade to a delux room
Travel tip : Try the breakfast on the first floor, its very reasonably priced when compared to the other breakfast places around and much much better.

location is good. Staff are polite, friendly and efficient. Hotel area is very easy to get to anywhere in Kowloon side and it is very good for night time as well. Nearby the hotel there are many shops and food rest. open till mid-night.
Room also clean and comfortable. Thus, I am happy with my trip staying there.
Nightlife Tip : there are full of fun and good for shopping.

Strategically located in a vicinity of restaurants and shops. Very close to MTR stations which facilitated our movements and transfers to other areas. We enjoyed our stay at Guangdong hotel primarily due to its location. Although the rooms are quite small, it is well maintained and clean enough. Also, the hotel is not serviced by the Airport Express shuttle service. Good thing, a hotel nearby, a corner away, is part of the route. The hotel is very near MTR stations which facilitated our transfers to other areas in HK.
Shopping Tip : Lots of shops are within a few blocks in the hotel. These can be found in Carnarvon Road, Humphreys, Cameron, Grandville, and Chatam not to mention of course the folden mile, Nathan Road.

Clean, Quiet, things that you need are available. Gave us a room that we requested - which is on the non-smoking floor. The deposit was too much amounting to HK500 per room considering that I have already paid for the whole length of stay It was a very good stay. My parents were in the same hotel couple of years ago and told us that it has lots of improvements. We have saved the money that is intended for fares because almost all the places that we would like to see where just walking distance from the hotel
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : shopping, nightlife. name it, you have it near the hotel! :-)

It is accessible to MTR (train station) and very near to convenient stores, restaurants and most of all the shopping area. I would suggest if you can add people on the front line (for check-in) who can speak and understand English. The renovation of the hotel rooms are great. New towels and bed sheets, which we appreciated it a lot. But I strongly suggest about the bed pillow, can you kindly provide better pillows, the one in the rooms are very soft and in spite I fold the pillow, still it is very low.
Travel tip : Reasonable place to stay. Very safe.

washroom was a fair size.
location was the best feature of this hotel hallways are a bit noisy. you can hear doors closing and opening at the middle of the night.
we would recommend the hotel to people who are not so much into big fancy hotel rooms. Location is very good as it is walking distance to the mtr (subway station) and is also close to the ferry terminal going to macau (a good 15 minute walk from the hotel). Lots of restaurants around and little shops to go to. There's also money exchange shops closeby where you can exchange any currency to their local hongkong dollars. We even took the mtr station going back to the airport which by the way saved us a lot of money. The hotel was cleaned everyday by the hotel housekeeping people, and the people at the front desk are courteous answering questions whenever we have one. If you're always on the go and would only stay at the hotel just to sleep and shower or change, then I would definitely recommend this hotel. But don't expect anything fancy. We never tried the restaurants at the hotel because we always end up eating at the places we visited. I would stay here again if I go back to Hongkong in the future.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : get a mtr map and you can go anywhere you like. every shopping mall or tourist spot is within the subway route.
