pros:
-nearby local restaurants with FREE wifi (just across the hotel)
-nearby camera shops
-frontdesk staff were accommodating and spoke good english
-clean linens
cons:
-near bars(not good if travelling with kids)
-if travelling with senior citizens, mtr is not so walking distance from the hotel. It is about two minutes walk for an average walker.
-hard beds and very soft pillows
-smelly bathroom

The hotel is tidy and service good .

I'm lovely this hotel . Location is very good and within walking distance to everything . The mrt station is quite convenient location is near the hotel. The staff service is good with a smile ,friendly and feel very warm. Room tidy , clean but small room and small bed only. I'm disappointed is inside room no wifi service . The hotel facilities are just nice and almost complete.

Great location
easy acces to MTR and 24/7 stores like 7-11 and McDo

We stayed for 3 nights and arrived late check-in at 1030pm. Good thing the room is readily available althought there was no 'bellboy' who helped carry me and my mom's luggage to our room. Advise you specify your roo specification early on e.g. Non-smoking, etc. The lavatory's flush sometimes is so delayed, like it's been a minute before you could hear the water flush. The rooms were not 'sound proof' at all, we could hear people laughing and running along the aisle. What's good is the hotel is very accessible to the MTR.
Shopping Tip:
Head to Ladies night market. Just ride the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR to Mong Kok

Personal were very pleasant and professional.

Overall enjoyable. However, room was MUCH smaller than advertised ( I would say HALF the size advertised). Nonetheless,
its convenient location and pleasant staff made the stay
enjoyable. No refrigerator was a little inconvenient.
Restaurant Tip:
Across the street is Ebenezeer's which has generally good food
with flavor and style.

it was an enjoyable stay and i would recommend this hotel to my other friends. the hotel is just 5mins walking distance to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station, or around 8-10 mins to East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station. There were many convenient stores in the neighbourhood , so buying mineral waters or other were not a hassle. I didnt order room with breakfast so i have to find breakfast myself, but there's a McDonald nearby so it's not a problem.

Gd hotel with gd service
Friendly hotel staff n centrally located hotel

Friendly staff n gd location. Only problem I had with room was my toilet bowl couldn't flush but the efficient chambermaid got that settled.
Travel tip:
Book higher flr to avoid noise from rd.

We liked the hotel. Its clean and the staff are very helpful and polite to their guests. They even went out of their way to assist us as to directions and other concerns that we raised during our stay. Its very accessible to all transport system and its near to restaturants and shops.

Strategis Location and Great Value for Money!
Nice, comfortable and clean rooms. 10mins walking distance to MTR

This is my second time staying in this hotel which is conveniently located near to shopping malls, restaurants, boutiques, eateries and it is close to Harbour City, Star Ferry, Avenue of Stars and other tourist attractions. Taxis are available easily in front of the hotel and MTR stations are nearby.
We were upgraded to deluxe rooms. The rooms and toilets are clean and housekeeping is good. Complimentary bottled water are given daily.
I would like to commend and thank the hotel cashier, Mr.Ben Lai who is very helpful, friendly, accomodating, courteous and can communicate well in English.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my relatives, friends and all travellers.
