Poor room condition
Great location, Friendly staff, convenient

Even the location is great enough as it's just near to the MTR station, however the building and room condition were really disappointed us. The building was in renovation and thus it was noisy in the early morning. Besides that, the room was really small and the bed wasn't clean enough.

The room is clean, easy access from airport, literally next to MTR station, next to mong kok shopping district, great place to shop. Only downside, my room was facing the exhaust fans of neighbouring eateries, the oil stench is quite bad even when all window is closed. It's bearable, but uncomfortable.

One word... terrible. Not worth to what I pay for.
Easy access to subway, bus station and some famous visiting area.

I can say the room is not renovated at all, bath room looks terrible, door lock and gate lock is broken. Most the time twisting around you still not able to get your room door opened.
