Love this hotel. the staff are amazingly well trained and very observant, particular and its service with a smile from wo to go. They call you by name and remember your name the next morning when you arrive at breakfast. They can't do enough for you. The restaurants are amazing, food wonderful and cocktails very good. late checkout at 3pm is fantastic and then you can wait until you leave in restaurant on 41st floor and indulge again on a delicious afternoon tea. Free shuttle bus down town.
Restaurant Tip:
Cafe buffet amazing but restaraunt on 41st floor excellent with beautiful night city views.

I travel to HK as business all the time. The hotel gives me a clean and professional image. Room was facing the East side of HK with sea view.
Shopping Tip:
Take a few mtr stations to Causeway Bay or simply take a $2.3 tram will bring you everywhere in HK.

This hotel is well located in the city centre and directly next to the harbour which gives you a nice sea view. The service is very friendly.
The hotel rooms are not very spacious, but what can you expect in Hong Kong. Overall very good value for the price.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a bar in the 114th floor which gives you a nice overview over Hong Kong

At the hotel we selected to upgrade to the Harbour Club package which has over twenty excellent benefits of priveleges and complimentary services. This upgrade is highly recommended.
The hotel's location (at North Point)does not present a problem for it is easily accessible via several forms of public transport - free hotel shuttle, taxi, bus, tram and MTR. The harbour views from the bedrooms and 41st floor lounge and restaurant are unique in Hong Kong. The breakfast buffet, although very good,was a little short on variety choice.

We had great time as senior travelers in this hotel. Great location makes it the best choice in Hong Kong Island. Rooms are with spetaclar views of Victoria Harbor. Staff are very friendly, since we travel independly, we got a lot of good tips from the staff to find our ways. Breakfast are good enough. It was pleasant to stay there.
