Staff members were attentive to our needs and enquiries. Like the super-huge reception lobby, it's gorgeous. The melodious harp playing at the lobby was classy.

The hotel is not located exactly at the central of CBD but it only takes 1 or 2 metro stations to the shopping spot such as Causeway bay and Central. It is not so packed with tourists like other hotels I had lived in, and the room is vintage and stylish. However, I think the bed is too small, especially when you have more than one guests to live in one room. The bathroom is clean and nice tho. I ordered the room service and it tastes good too.
