the hotel is very fancy and well located, just 3 minutes to the subway, the facilities are all new and well maitained, the view is great and they have the most comfortable bed and pillow. would definitely come back again.

the location is good and the room is clean.
because i booked through agoda with no breakfast included,i had to pay for the breakfast buffet. also, when i was waiting in line for taxi in front of the lobby, the staff push a man into the waiting line in front of me. i asked the man if he was waiting for the taxi too and the man just smiled and pointed to the staff. the staff came to me and said " he waited for a long time" however, i didn't see him when i came out. even though the man left before taxi came, it was a bad experience.

In general everything is good, but I was in Harbor club floor where you have more privileges that's the reason I selected this type of room, but at the end I have to pay 130 HK dollars to have WI-FI in my bedroom and just for one computer, I couldn't connect my I-PAD which I use for work because then I have to pay double. I am a frequent traveler and in all the hotels at the business floor they never charge WI-FI. The swimming pool was closed!!

This is my second visit to this hotel in 2 months. I liked the nice and clean lobby and the room is facing the waterfront. Room was cleaned and I enjoyed my stay alot.
Restaurant Tip:
May consider walk 10 minutes to Tinhou or take taxi to Causeway Bay for shopping and dinning.

Hotel should be more open on its website about the state of construction in the surrounding area as well as the fact that the pool has been closed for a while. This is deceiving on people who are coming there for the view and for relaxation by the pool
