The hotel has fantastic views from the room and the room itself was very comfortable in spite of the relatively limited size. The service was excellent and so also the massage and the top restaurant. The distance to the center is really not so far and the free shuttle service works well and frequently. Entirely recommendable.

Lovely Hotel and Great Accommodation and Service

the hotel is strategically located and rooms and service were excellent.nice view of the harbour from the room and the staff were attentive,professional and well-trained.would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.have a pleasant and memorable stay and would definitely be coming back for more.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Just take the MTR to all the great shopping destination and places of interest!So conveniently located.

Comfortable 5 star hotel
the room is comfortable and the swimming pool is good

The victoria harbour view is very charming. we enjoy it so much.
and the swimming pool's size and design is nice, and let you really enjoy it.
the bath tube design is good also

Near new clean comfortable hotel

loved this hotel. loved the staff from check in to check out.location is fine for price just get over the fact its in an old area with some work shops near by. transport is easy 2 minutes walk to cheap train service or walk or catch a cab. many places to eat near by but mostly cheap places. for better restaurants we ate at causway bay. we walked but if you dont like about a 15min walk catch the train a few stops or a cab.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Loved the taxi ride to Repulse Bay. A must do for lunch at the Verandah restaurant or the shops behind for a cheap eat from the bakery and supermarket. This is an up market area with a nice walk along the waters edge. Also Macau by ferry is a nice day out and any Island trip by ferry .

An affordable luxury hotel

we stayed 2 nights in this hotel and it was a great experience. the room was very nice, and even though it was a "smoking room" they sprayed it so it didn't smell bad at all. the hotel room had a dvd player which for me was a huge plus. the price is great and the view was pretty good as well. the location isn't the best, but it's not bad either. it's fairly close to the causeway bay, and only maybe 15-20 minutes to hong kong station, so it was a nice home base to have. overall, i definitely recommend this hotel for anyone preferring to stay at hong kong island.

"upgrade" was given for a deluxe room with twin beds. The upgraded room was smaller than the normal room.
Travel tip:
Hotel is a bit out of the centre in not such an interesting area, but taxis are cheap.

Nice clean and new

a brand new hotel in fortress hill. quite conveniently located. closed to major public transportation. Though frankly staying in Causeway Bay would be even better. But this place is good enough. The hotel itself is brand new and the lobby looks gorgeous. the streets outside (though just a very short walk to the main streets) are a bit sketchy tho..... you can choose to walk to major shopping area. you will bypass the big Victoria Park which is quite nice. oh.. on the way to the park there are many small and nice restaurants in Tin Hau area

many great small restaurants nearby on the way to causewaybay

This hotel has a nice design. Lobby very noisy. Location is not so good (environment) but acceptable. Swimming pool and fitness are good. The main problem is the air conditioning in the room which is very, very noisy, really too much!

during our stay we found the staff to be extremely efficient & most importantly very welcoming to overseas guests. the rooms (although small - same all over hk) were very clean and the beds king size were great. no probs getting a great nights sleep.
Restaurant Tip:
Disappointing everything shuts down about 10.30pm

We stayed on the top floor with panoramic views accross Hong Kong harbour. The Le188 restaurant was great for beakfast but the dinners could have been cooked better
The club rooms, the shuttle service for shopping was great.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Downtown shopping was close and great!
