Visited this exclusive hotel for the first time. The hotel was superb, with nice rooms and five star service. At the top the Le188 restaurant at the 41st floor had spectacular wiew over the harbour - both day and night - with fine dining have to say will be difficult to find a better place to stay for the money. If had to improve something... would like to have a waiting / sitting area at the lobby...

the room was nice but small. the executive lounge service was very good, i.e. dedicated check in and check out, and tea time and cocktail happy hour. The Le 188 restaurant is stunning but the food could be so much better.

We payed a little extra for access to the "Harbour Club", which was well worth it. Harbour club rooms are located on higher floors (35-40F) & the package included breakfast in Restaurant Le 188, complimentary evening drinks & refreshments, express check-in, late check-out (3pm!), free internet access (in the harbour club), free ironing, etc. We found the staff to be exceptional - they reserved restaurants for us, searched for places on the internet, printed maps, etc. In short, they went out of their way to be helpful. The room was comfortably furnished & reasonably sized by Hong Kong standards. Would definitely stay here again - absolutely no complaints.
Restaurant Tip:
If you go to Hutong Restaurant order the 'Red Dragon' - lobster cooked with pepper s& sweet chilli. Devine! And not too hot as the waitress suggested.

The staffs at the hotel are very helpful and very professional . The hotel is nicely decorated with all the amenities you need . The location is walking distance to the MTR Fortress Hill station so there is no problem . The food is very delicious especially the cakes . Overall , we rated 10 out of 10. Club manager Jay Wong is very nice and very helpful

Harbour Grand has a grand lobby in marble and chandeliers. Staff are welcoming. We were offered to upgrade to the Executive floors for and accepted. This provided a fine breakfast with panoramic views on the 41st floor. Also ready access to the Executive Lounge with complimentary snacks and beverages, and late check-out. Staff were consistently friendly and obliging. The room on the 39th floor was fully equipped for a most enjoyable stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The double-decker tram is quite close and for takes you right into the heart of Hong Kong shopping and restaurant areas.

the hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly trying to help you with all that they could. the views were amazing from the rooms. however, for visiting kowloon this is quite far away and out of the way also very conveinenant as only a short walk away from the mtr to get a train to kowloon. overall a nice stay.
Restaurant Tip:
if your heading to a irish bar use the delaneys in kowloon not wanchai as the food is much nicer
