Was staying only overnight so didn't have a chance to benefit hotel's features. Lobby is clean and great styled, room is a bit small, water is hard to adjust in the shower. Big comfortable bed. Nice to stay if on business trip.

The Harbour Grand is a quiet place for a romantic holiday to be tucked away with quiet and calm. The hotel rooms with view of the harbour are nice but the rest may not have a view since the surrounding area is still o;ld town. The general decor is a bit dark - one the egde of being warm yet dingy at the same time. The lower lobbies, the spa, the top floor restaurant are fantastic and money's worth. The hotel is good value for money.

We stayed in a room with our 15 yr old son for 10 days.The room was spotless with a harbour view and a large bathroom.The hotel whilst out of the main tourist area represented excellent value for money and an excellent buffet breakfast was included.It was though ony 300 metres from the Fortress Hill MTR[Rail system]which was very frequent on time,cheap and an excellent way of travelling around.ie within 12 minutes you were in Kowloon.All the staff were friendly and could not do enough for you.We would definitly stay there again.

The hotel is very new and clean and comfortable if a little over the top with the decor. The rooms were very nice and the bed was bliss with beautiful feather pillows and divine sheets. The hotel is a short walk from the MTR which is convienient as there is really not much in the way of shopping or restaurants in walking distance. The breakfast was a bit average but the service was good.

Quality of the food, the view and atmosphere of the restaurant & lounge on level 43.

Only recently opened (1 yr) this hotel is quite grounded. Staff were friendly and attentive without being over the top and the room had a great view over the harbour to Kowloon. Staying at a 5 star hotel in Asia you always have a high level of expectation for the quality of food and they didn’t disappoint. For what it was, the buffet was outstanding and the service staff couldn’t do enough for you. Really an enjoyable stay.
Travel tip:
The MTR is just a short walk away, very cheap, very fast and very easy to use.

the hotel was very nice. great rooms, courteous staff. we needed a conference room and were provided one. being part of the members club afforded us free breakfast which was a huge bonus not having to go out and hunt for a restaurant. also free use of computers and internet. being able to check in and out without having to through the front lobby was very nice. the rooms had beautiful views. the bathrooms were spectacular; especially the showers. within the hotel there was a restaurant that had a buffet which seemed to be open most hours. very quick and easy. the workout room was nice with good machines and very helpful staff. the doormen were great. one time we didn't have enough honk kong dollars, driver would not take yen or us dollars and the doorman paid our fare for us.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
make sure you use the metro system.

Good position and a nice hotel with good views and the room a reasonable size.Close to public transport.

Would not stay again as it was too expensive for the internet access. We had it free most hotels we stayed . They wanted $AU 20 per day.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Could get Tram,bus or train very easily from the hotel.
