We enjoyed our staying here.Just love the harbour view from the lounge where we had breakfast. All staffs were so good to us and very helpful. The food were good....all yummy cakes sweets in the afternoun.

it is a great time to stay in harbour grand hongkong during the chinese new year. lovely hotel and service with a nice smile. however, the room is not so big, but enough to rest.

Stunning Views and Service

Travelling with a 2 year old, we had a one night stop over in Hong Kong. Stepping into the hotel we were greeted by friendly helpful staff, who ushered us through to check in, while they collected our bags from the taxi (which is a blessing when travelling with a infant).
Our room was a good size, easily accommodating a king and single bed, and the views over the harbour were breath taking.
Overall a great experience andwe would definitely look to stay there again the next time we go to Hong Kong.

The hotel decorated modern and nice lobby. Service not bad but the room is very small even upgraded already the hotel said. As many chinese guy and tour here, so noisy at the lobby.

Great location but dont have free wifi

Every thing is good except they dont have any free wifi even in the lobby. and one thing I wonder is they let me sign my "credit card" deposit slip which i never did in other hotel and didnt return to me after i checked out. hope the credit card bank wont charge me.
Restaurant Tip:
so many restaurant near hotel and not expensive

Beautiful hotel with excellent service
Service is excellent, hotel is cosy and within walking distance to Fortress Hill MTR... very convenience.

I left my mobile phone at the Japanese Restuarant after dinner and went back to my room. Within 5 min, I receieved a call from the front desk informing me that my mobile phone was with them... impressed!

Lovely hotel and service with smile
location is near to mtr station, room is spacious for hong kong standard, i was taking the premier room, 35 sq m, seaview, all staff are very helpful and polite

i went holiday with family, myself, my wife and a 6 years old son. we book the premier sea-view room. the location if the hotel is at north port, just next to causeway bay. very convenient, you can go anywhere by taking mtr, the tram or rather they called it ting-ting, bus or taxi. the hotel also provide shuttle bus service to certain main location, like wanchai....etc...there was an incident during peak hour while we are waiting for taxi, one of the hotel staff approach us and ask us where to go, we told them our destination and they advise us to take their shuttle bus. but the shuttle bus does not stop at our desired location but some where nearby, the hotel staff actually draw a map and show us how to walk to our destination, this save us a lot if time and we are impressed with the service. hotel rooms are clean, spacious for hong kong standard. i will stay in this hotel when i go hong kong next.
