Nioe View with Excellent Service
Beautiful Victoria Harbour View, Efficient Service, Well Equipped Kitchen

All the staff are well trained and very polited. Provided detailed information via the phone before check-in. Given a sincere service at front desk and appointed staff walk along to the suite to make sure I'm satisfied with their service. I'm appreciated with them.
The suite was very comfortable with fantastic view of the Victoria Harbour. Also I like the kitchen with all the utensils may need even if wanna stay longer.
I enjoy the swimming pool at the top floor with seaview too.
However, wifi need to be charged.

Great Location with easy access to MRT

Great location with views to the Harbour area.
Easy access to both Kowloon Airport Checkin and Hong Hum Station.
Staff is friendly and accommodating.
Rooms are decent but could use an upgrade.
Highly recommended if you need a quick stopover in HK...

wonderful hotel with great views from the room
style, fittings and views are all great which is why we came back to this hotel

everything this hotel does is done effortlessly and it works so well. we choose a harbour view room and hong kong is certainly the one place to look at a very busy harbour. it adds to the overall excitement.
hong hum is a little out of the way but the shuttle bus every half hour to tsim sha tsui up to 11pm is an excellent service.
we now choose this hotel every time we visit hong kong.
Travel tip:
with a harbour view room the scenery is ever changing and then of course there is the night lights as an added bonus.

Our stay in Harbour Grand was most enjoyable due to the attention and help we received from the staff. Their ability to communicate in English was much appreciated, this applies to all levels of staff starting from the commissioners and bellboys at the front door to other staff in the hotel. The team work which operates in your Chinese restaurant on the upper floor, shows the ability of waiters and waitresses to service a large number of diners efficiently. Also the Italian restaurant on the waterfront makes really good pizzas and it was good to taste their fish and chips. Thanks for the attention we got on our 46th wedding anniversary.
Travel tip:
plan your sightseeing activities beforehand so that the staff can advise you on the best options. Same applies to the shopping activities.

Hotel located in quite a residential area however still convenient to get to TST and access to transport. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hotel pool on roof of hotel, offers great views of the harbour. Note that harbour view rooms are facing North Point area of HK Island, you dont really see Central from the rooms.

Great food and drinks at the waterfront bar.

Charming reception staff were very professional even though hotel was very busy, we really appreciated an upgrade after a long flight, such a treat! Location on the water was fabulous, especially at night.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Private dining, ie room service was a great choice, beautifully presented food to our room with a smile.

Spacious room in Hong Kong which is rare

Location was great. You could find any cafe and restaurant you might need there.
View on the harbour was perfect.
Room was super spacious!! as we all know the price of housing in Hong Kong... this is rare. And the rates are reasonable, easily 1/2 of what might be offered on Hong Kong island e.g. the Causeway Bay.
Wifi was a big disappointment. every device everyday cost HKD 130... that was the most unreasonably expensive wifi I have ever had in so many countries I have been to.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The shops and view in the Whampoa ship was great. 5 min walk from the hotel.
