we upgraded to the club rooms and they were wonderful and we really enjoyed the happy hours. the staff were great and meals excellent. the perfect place to stay in hk!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take the hotel's free shuttle bus to the shopping area and downtown. Also walk outside the hotel to see the fabulous free light show at 8pm over the harbour.

the hotel is quite nice. service is ok. quite a lot room have sea view. but there is no mtr nearby or other transportation. you have to take hotel shuttle to shopping centres or mtr stations.

we have stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed with spacious and oceanview room in the club floor. nice area for family and walking in the morning along the beach. not crowded likewise in other places in hongkong.
located in convinient neighborhood with lots of dining and shopping places and not too far from the main area of kowloon. the hotel offers shuttle bus to the eastbound of peninsula hotel.
the quality of service and attitude of club floor staff os excellent.
Hotel Feature Tip:
It is highly desirable to stay in the clubfloor as the main lobby seemed to overcrowded with group tourists and airline crews so service is not good.

Only have a comment about the room cleaning. The cleaning people have to review all the room all before release the room for a new guest. I was reviewing the sofa's pillows, I found medicines bellow, fortunately my baby not found it before me.

Beautiful view of Harbour Hotel
Beautiful view though window

It has breaktaking view though window and swimming pool on the
top of building. Everything was great except for buffet.
In terms of price, I suppose that it was not good value of
money because food they provided didn't let me be satified.
Only dessert menu was the best among a lot of food I saw and
ate from my point of view.

stayed in lots of hotels in hk and china over the last 7 years.
best thing about this hotel was the room size and cleanliness.
stayed on the club floor but dissapointing lounge.
cocktail hour was non existant. ok if you wanted wine.
i ordered a bottle of beer, just about managed to get a second.
my daughter asked if she could take a can of coke to the room, this was refused.

The overall experience is good. Free shuttle bus is provided to Tsim Sha Tsui, suitable for shopping. It was very nice that we were offered free upgrade to Harbour view suite.
