The room is comfortable, but just there's no WiFi.
welcoming fruits, cafe in the club floor provided simple meals for club floor's guests without charges. convenient to check in and check out at the club floor's counter.

this hotel is a mixed bag. good side- probably the best views in kowloon. spacious room. staff friendly and well mannered. Bad side- the interior made me want to watch back to the future- so 1980's- this is an ocean suite with world class views and the interior looked like it belonged at a garage sale. Room service- ordered many times- not once was the order correct. Breakfast- great views- everything else (except scrambled eggs - the were great) was mediocre to terrible. $30plus us dollars for bfast and they didnt even have fresh orange juice- some tang knock off not fit for astronaughts. Coffee deplorable- fruits and other stuff decent but not fitting for the price. THis hotel smacks of management and ownership that is short sided- they have a world class location- UPGRADE THE ROOMS- and stop with the tang! and u will be great- as of now ur embarassing urself.

Don't need to get the club room facilities. It is located with no view. We changed to having breakfast at the breathtaking harbour view coffee house at the ground floor, where all hotel guests enjoy their meal. Club room is just like a meeting room, dim and small. Not worth paying for those afternoon tea and evening cocktail, might as well walk to the nearby local restaurant or cafe. Room is large with great full harbour view. Breakfast is excellent and enjoyable! Don't think club room check in counter is efficient, as there is only 1 person handling, went there few times, always have to wait, as she is the only one to handle all check in, check out & other matters.
