The Harbour Club - amazing staff, friendly, efficient and they remember our names every visit!

This hotel is the most enjoyable one we have visited in Hong Kong - and we have stayed in many! The Harbour Club is an exceptional facility; coffee etc is available at all times and snacks/drinks between 4 and 8pm. If you stay in a "club" floor you don't check in at the front desk, just take the lift to the 19th floor and the friendly staff take excellent care of you there. The rest of the hotel's facilities are just what you'd expect of a large, luxury hotel - bed linen and towels are great quality, rooms are large and comfortable and spotlessly clean.
Hotel Feature Tip:
And we really recommend the hotel's limo service to the airport and back - what a great way to start or end a long journey!

The Harbour Grand Hotel is a very nice hotel, the location is so so because the commercial area of Tsim Tsa Tsui is a bit too far away, anyway the taxi service is good, no need to wait long time to get the taxi. From the hotel the view of Hong Kong harbour and the bay is very nice. The guest room are more big than other Hong Kong hotel, are clean and comfortable. I'm disappointed only because in the hotel the internet connection aren't free and the charge of this service is too expensive.

Harbour Highlights
Fantastic room. Excellent views. Helpful staff especially doormen and desk staff. A great free shuttle bus service to and from town.

The hotel was all we expected and more. Exceptionally clean and well presented. The views across the harbour were supberb. Each time we ate in the hotel be it buffet or restaurant the standard was good with plenty of choice. Our room was on Club Floor and was a generous size and well appointed as was the bathroom. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality international style hotel and next time we are in HK we shall choose Harbour Grand.

Go to Knutsford Terrace for al fresco dining

hotel rooms and decoration of the hotel was of very good standard.

Our expectations of the hotel were put to rest when we arrived.The staff were very understanding and very helpfull with any request that we had.The hotel itself is in a very convenient location in Kowloon, just a few minutes walk away to the ferries either to north point or exhibition centre.Hong Kong isand.We have no hesitation in reccomending this hotel, and will be staying there again next March for our annual shopping Trip to Hong Kong.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Just a few minutes wallk to the ferries to Hong Kong.

We stayed 4 nights at the Kowloon Grand and the place was spectacular. The room had a great view of the Harbor, the staff was very helpful with every question we had about the city, and we were less than a two minute walk from the Star Ferry. It all made for an amazing first-time experience of Hong Kong

so close to Star Ferry dock that all other sightseeing was a treat

I have stayed at the Harbour Grand Kowloon many times perviously and I find it good value for money, especially in Hong Kong where hotel prices are so high. While it is not positioned in central Kowloon it has a free shuttle bus every half an hour. If you have a harbour view room the views are great. it also has an excellent rooftop swimming pool.
Restaurant Tip:
The Waterfront Bar and Restraunt connected to the hotel is first class.

Heaven in Hong Kong

This was our second stay at the Harbour Plaza en route to Australia. We are not wild about Hong Kong, but a stopover here lessens the pain. This time our flight arrived in HK early in the morning, but we had no problem with an early check-in, in addition for some unknown reason we were upgraded to a Harbour View suite which was quite stunning. We shall always chose to stay here on HK stopvers and will certainly be recommending it to the friends who take the same winter route to Australia.
Travel tip:
Proximity to Star Ferry Terminal, but lack of the noise and pollution that is Hong Kong Island

Excellent room size, harbour views, nice amenities, very good price for quality of hotel (but far away from everything)

The hotel itself is very nice (new, clean, large room sizes, massive foyer, some rooms have harbour views) and well done however the location is poor. It takens 10 mins to get to TST (in non peak hour) and there is nothing close by at all. Also I found the staff quite rude in general unfortunately. If you don't mind living further away from the city then I'd recommend this hotel.

Harbour Plaza Hong Kong.....
Located in a quiet part of Hong Kong with excellent restaurants within just walkig distance. Hotel has great view of the harbour, staffs are efficient and courteous and you can even arrange a comfortable airport coach for half the price of what the taxi charges. The room is spacious, quiet and clean. The lobby restaurant seems very nice and the price is quite reasonable by Hong Kong standard. However, there are plenty of good restaurants nearby within walking distance.

This is the best Hotel I have stayed in Hong Kong so far. The hotel has a great view of Hong Kong Harbour, with great restaurants nearby, staffs are couteous. We arrived from Shenzhen tired and was promptly checked in and furthermore our room was upgraded and frankly speaking, the room totally surpassed our expectations. There are lots of channel to watch on TV, hotel has good amenities. It was totally enjoyable for us from checking in till checking out. I couldn't ask for more. It is also located in quiet, upscaled area. I somewhat received a free wifi from another building!!!
Travel tip:
You can arrange an airport shuttle instead of getting in a cab. Restaurants nearby opens as early as 7a.
