We stayed there for 8 nights while visiting Hong Kong. We had Harbour View rooms. The view from the lobby is splendid : the hotel is right by the water front. The rooms were excellent, if a little unoriginal. The swimming pool is a little small and crowded for an hotel of that size and the whole area (including the desk) feels a little cramped. But the views are amazing.
The hotel service was excellent, the rooms are quite big and super clean, everything worked and was well equipped.
The hotel is in a residential neighbourhood, and it's quite a walk to to get to the MTR. On the other hand, we greatly enjoyed the walk along the Tsim Sha Tsui promenade. You can even walk to the Hong Kong History museum. In other words, be prepared to get on a cab as soon as you want to go anywhere.
The rooms are nice but from a design standpoint they are very standard and not particularly stylish.
The only unpleasant point is the outrageous price for Wifi. But you can get it for free down the street at several restaurants and at Pacific Coffee.

Great harbour front hotel.

The hotel is not close to anything. Tucked in a quiet area of Hong Kong it has this amazing promenade view of Hong Kong's waterfront harbour. After all its the name of the hotel. Problem is there isn't much around the hotel and you have to walk further away or take a cab. The breakfast room is just amazing view.

Nice view and the room is big enough

So far the hotel is nice one including its view, facilities & decoration. However the front desk staff were really nice when I try to ask if they have any phone charger or socket available. The male staff showed me unpleasant facial expression and asked me that.way i did not prepare my own one!?

Great swimming pool with view

Nice and big room. Friendly crews. Definetely need to try the swimming pool on its roof. So great and the harbour view is fantastic. The hotel is located a bit far from the major shopping areas but has shuttle bus driving to the main spots. Remember to get in piorer 15 mins before departure; otherwise,you will have no seat.

I stay here often and am always impressed with the location, the staff and the overall experience. Right on the harbour so real HK. Also the Wampoa Gardens area has nice shops and restaurants but is away from the hyper busy normal HK. The pool on the roof is a great place to unwind as well
