This is not the first time I stayed in this hotel. Because the price is acceptable. I checked in at late night and I requested Double Bed Room. Then I was arranged stayed in One-bedroom but I refused. I prefer studiio room. But the staff told me wihtout any room available. But I saw many stayers still waiting for check in at the reception! Then I strongly complaint for the service. Then the staff arranged a double bed to me finally. I was very disapointed to the staff.

On arrival, porter immediately assist to collect your laugages. Check-in counter staff are freindly and informative. Room is clean and bed soft and comfortable. A nice place to stay away from the noises of traffic down the city. Location is convinent and can shop all basis required around. Can sleep late through without housekeeping locking at the door. Nice hotel and reasonable rate.

it is located at some distance of the kowloon waterfront, but with the very low taxi prices in hong kong that is no problem. a trip from the star ferry pier to the hotel would take 10 to 15 minutes and cost around hkd. when travelling by mtr (which you should seriously consider in hkd) you get out at the mongkok station and taxi to the hotel is 5 minutes and hkd. the hotel itself is very good, definitely when taking into account the price. hk is very expensive if it comes to hotel, so we were very happy to get spacious and well equipped rooms for just under hkd. service is fine, breakfast is very good (at hkd you may expect so). definitely a place i will go back to on my next stay in hkd, whether it on a business or holiday trip (as it was this time, parents with 2 kids)

We stayed here for two night with happiness because the room was so comfortable, clean, and good design. Moreover, helpful staff, everything that we want to know, they would explain us with smile. Just one thing about the location of the hotel is quite far from the main road of tsim sha Sui. Anyway, the hotel has it's own shuttle bus. If you stay in this place, you must prepare that you will pay more for taxi.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you want to stay in the bigger room compare to other hotel in Hongkong, I recommend this hotel but the location is quite far to the main road but you can take taxi or hotel shuttle bus.

Nice hotle but location fine

This time we are very lucky because they upgraded our room from superior city view to Suite. The hotel room design is nice and our room is pretty clean. One disappointed thing happened when we checked out. They didn't mention they would have charged my credit card 500 dollars for the deposit but they did. I thought they charge 120 dollars for the deposit.

The only thing i like are the staff they are the Gem of this hotel without them it wont be a good place to be. The room is very small. Gym room is tiny. It has a good sauna and a pool though....

Stayed in the hotel before and found that staff courtesy and friendiness had improved. Rooms are clean, spacious and well kept. although located out of the city centre, shops and food are readily available 24 hours. Free regular shuttle bus service is available to train station and city centre which save quite a bit on transport cost.

it's not well connected... it is not close to MTR or bus stops or anything. you have to take their shuttle bus or a cab to go places. good thing is the restaurants nearby are economical and serves good food.
rooms are small and humid, even with the air-conditioning on.
