The room is very nice & great staff who speaks english.
The only comment is bout the location, it's very near to airport but a distance away frm the shopping & sight seeing area. Unless you wanna go to WOng Tai Sin temple which is the nearest.
However, the hotel provides timely shuttle that brings you out to central. Thus, save on transportation. :)
Restaurant Tip:
Just walk around the area, there a lot of those homey cafe with local char chan teng with nice food.

It's a very comfortable hotel!

We reserve a Superior room and request for late check-in. When we arrived in the evening, we can upgrade to Suite room as to advise that all the Superior Room is full. The desk lady is very helpful and please. We will visit this hotel again in future.
Restaurant Tip:
Most of the restaurant is small and casual, it's better go out to other area for meal.

Very nice hotel. I upgraded to the one room suite plus breakfast, which, over 5 days cost me around $150.00 USD, but well worth it. I got a little living room plus a little kitchen. Given I didn't used them much, but it was very nice to have the extra room. Microwave included.
We were given a double bed to begin with and requested a single bed. After the first night they had a one bed open up so while on our tour the hotel gave us a one bed,which was on their top floor, at no extra cost, plus moving our luggage. Of course with our permission. It was very nice that we didn't have to be there while they did the room change. The service there is very good.
The breakfast is expensive, but good. Breakfast buffet, with international breakfast options. You can request fresh eggs/omelets with a cook right there. The service was very good. As soon as you were done with a plate they would come a collect it along with you drink glass.
The hotel offers free hotel rides to the main attraction area. This came in very helpful and useful.
Not too much to complain about the hotel, but things like charge for internet, and the price of laundry.
Internet cost was about $15 USD for 24 hours and was pretty expensive at the business center. There is no where with free internet at the hotel. The price for laundry was more then the cost of most my clothes. Roughly 10 USD per shirt. You can imagine the prices of everything else.
The food was very good. Some times better then the food out in town and a better price. The price wasn't the greatest, but the taste is worth is. If you go Enjoy your stay.

this hotel is a good hotel for the price i paid . but hotel is little far away than i thought so i had to spent little extra on the taxi fare. and charge for the interent is really funny caz even we loged in to internet from 2 or more devices we have to pay hkd for each device for each day.

This hotel is in an older part of town between old residential area and industrial area. Not much shopping around, but lots of cheaper local food to choose from.
The hotel lobby made me dizzy upon my entry, as the decoration creates an optical illusion. Interesting. The staff are well trained. Checking in and out was very efficiently handled.
The room is a bit on the crowded side, with a comfortable bed. Rooms are what you can expect from a normal hotel, nothing more, nothing less. I have not used the other facilities so I can't comment on those.

I would like to recommend to stay with this hotel, the hotel is very clean with big sapce, it's very few in Hongkong. I also like its swimming pool and its enviroment! The price is also sweety and very suitable for family and couple!
