Comfortable room , clean and soft bed
shuttle service good and in time, near to Ko Shan Theatre for opera shows

No problem at all, highly recommended for those who are going to watch opera shows in Ko Shan Theatre which is of walking distance... A few good eating places around the area...

Really enjoy staying there for vacation time. Although the bedroom and toilet are quite small, but very clean. The hotel's location is a bit far bot the hotel has shuttle bus for service to many area such as Tsim Sha Tsui (be front of The Pennisula Hotel). No wifi free but we can pay 120 HK for 24 hrs.for 1 device.

though rooms were small, they were of a high standard.
to get anywhere you needed to take a taxi as it's no where near the subway. but the taxi is only 10-15 mins from downtown hk.
staff friendly and all i spoke to could speak english well.
stay away from the buffet all you can eat dining 'experience' as it costs 480 hkd each witout drinks.
Nightlife Tip:
Hong Kong Island is the place to be. If you'e going to go to HK, stay on the island.

Good price for a night stay

The hotel's surrounding is not scenic. It's typical Kowloon area. Probably a bit of industrial and residential mixed area. The room is clean and tidy. There's no MTR station close by, but the hotel provide free shuttle bus service every 20-25 mins to TST which is fairly convenient.

Nice service but no nice view

The hotel is in old town and is not easily accessible to MTR. We always have to take a taxi. The taxi driver drove us to the wrong hotel upon arrival. The rooms are small and old. The lobby is quite huge and there were a lot of people. The staff are friendly and helpful. They speak good English. The only disadvantage is the location. The shuttle bus does not help because it was crowded and take a long time to come.

Everything is fine. No available seat at the lobby

The surrounding area is calm and quiet. The room is pretty nice and satisfactory but there is just no available seat at the lobby for our invited quests. The provided domestic transportation to the shopping center areas is truely convenient and makes sense.

Free upgrade was provided even though the hotel was quite full. Staff were friendly and helpful. Yet free wifi was not available which was quite frustrating

Convenient to local places

The check-in services could be improved as it took really long to do so. The concierge service was good though, as the bell boy were willing to carry luggages when I was outside the hotel. They were helpful to advise on transportation and route to get to the destination.
