Hotel standard are generally adequate and comfortable as rate offered. Just that, i t will be good to elaborate more when come to business traveler. will be good to cater package for internet service and breakfast as an option for selection.

I booked this hotel because of closeness to train station, because my bosses used it and I had to go to Guangzhou. I would normally not spend what I did for a hotel but the company paid for it. It was not real expensive but I try not to spend over $100. I ate at the mall rather than spend over $20 USA for meals. Nice to have the shuttle to Nathan Road. It is fairly east of mid Kowloon. I could see the harbor from my harbor view window but only the east side and none of the big well known buildings or the star ferry stuff. The place was sparkling clean and modern looking and the staff looked very professional and were friendly.

The view of the harbor is mostly blocked by another hotel or a wing. From our room we could see 1/4 of the harbor

It is a very very great hotel- the luxurious hotel with the economy price. The room is very clean and comfortable. However, for its location, it is not quite good as it is located a bit far from both shopping areas (tsim sha tsui) and subway station, anyway it provides the shuttle service from the hotel to both shopping area and subway station. And the hotel's staff are very very great also, they have very good service mind!

The promotion I got from Agoda.com quite great! It's the 4-5 stars hotel which cost you as same as the 3 stars hotel in Hong Kong. And the room qualities both the cleanliness and the room size is very satisfied me. However, the hotel is a bit far from town, it will take you about 15 minutes if you walk to Nathan road or Harbour City Department Store.

The hotel is very nice and eventough its not on the Golden Mile, it has a good location since its in front of the Hum Hom Train/KCR Station. It has a free shuttle every 20 mins until 11.00pm that goes from the Hotel to the Kowloon Hotel/TST MTR Station. Staff is friendly, and the pool is a great adition to the hotel.

Some rooms have better features than others even on the same level and rate. The Wifi access is more complicated than the LAN access.

The hotel located in Kowloon area. Near the train station. We think the room is quite clear, having the good view. But the transporation may not convenience enough. You may change the metro if you go to the shopping area. But the shuttle bus may help on this.Then the TV set was quite old, that should be renew. Also there is quite noisy becuase the repair of the rooms. Anyway, this is a good service hotel!

The hotel have the very convenience shuttle bus between the Kowloon and hotel. That will be helpful for your shopping and take the metro to Hong Kong Island.

The TV sets are too old, that should be renew.Then the internet service will be a little expensive.

GOOD HOTEL Guest Rating: 4.7

The hotel its located right in front of the Hung Hom Train Station which is also a KCR station. The rooms have a good distribution and are quite big for the Hong Kong standards. It is very clean and the staff is very helpful. They have a "every 20 minutes" shuttle bus from the hotel to the Kowloon hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui, next to the TST Metro Station and a mere 5 minute walk to the Star Ferry Pier.

The hotel is very nice, rooms are bigger than the ones on Hong Kong side and very clean. The furniture is starting to look a little updated but the hotel making a major renovation. The main restaurant at the hotel has a very good buffet selection. All the staff is friendly and usually every request we had was solved immediately. For check in and check out the service was fast enough.

All in all a great hotel. Worth the money. It's great if you have little kids and need a kitchen (I came with a 5 year old and a 6 month old). The suite is a little tight for 2 adults and 2 kids, but we could manage. Staff is friendly but does not always know the best answer for foreigners. For example, when I asked for a large supermarket to buy basics, they sent me to a supermarket called Joyco (attached to department store). It's ok, but a 10 minute taxi ride from the hotel and much of the food only had labels written in Mandarin. I can't read Mandarin, so it was tough to figure out what food was what. A far better supermarket is in the Harbour City Mall which I could walk to from the shuttle stop at Kowloon Hotel. Better supermarket is called 'City Super' on 3rd level of mall.

• Hotel Feature Tip : Go through the hotel lobby to the Metropolis mall for your morning coffee/tea. Also, use the laundry service in the mall. It's only $32HK for 7 lbs of laundry. A total must with kids. Laundry service was really good, but took nearly 2 days to get clothes back.

We arrived around 2.00pm and our room wasn't ready. It was the first time we had to experience something like this in this hotel. Hope they can improve for the future...
