Nice furnishings, great view, comfortable I found the hotel to be quite comfortable, and my room had a spectacular view. For whatever reason, I was upgraded to a suite, so I had more room than necessary. Based only on the bedroom/bathroom portion of the suite, which I assume most travellers would occupy, it felt adequately spacious and was very comfortable. The hotel is essentially "connected" to Hing Hom station, so is extremely convenient for anyone desiring access to Shenzhen (or other MTR stations)via the train.

Clean and conveniantly located
Rooms were clean with no musty mouldy smell which is important for a tropical hotel. The train is with in an easy walking distance and the walk is under cover. Good position as it is not right in the middle of all the noisy shopping areas, but the shopping areas are easy to get to. Many affordable eating places near by. Taxis at door. Good bus available for travel to the airport. Staff were freindly and helpful. Good pool and gym.
Restaurant Tip : If you want a simple cheap meal there are a number in the mall adjacent to the hotel

AMBIENCE, STAFF COURTESEY, LOCATION, FACITLITIES, CONVENIENT SHUTTLE TO NATHAN STREET AND BACK AT VERY CONVENIENT TIMINGS We had a wonderful experience from the time we landed the hotel counter for the coach transfer was very passenger friendly, the hotel check in counter especially one particular staff Mr. Jeff was very co-operative nad immediately guided us to get a decent deal on the upgrade.The suites and the facilities provided THE HARBOUR LOUNGE was a very good experience. Overall one of our favourite hotels would definitely recommend it to others and looking forward to another stay.
Hotel Feature Tip : The best thing was the convenient timings for the to and fro shuttle service

Location is good near train and MRT stations. Very good breakfast buffet Generally a business hotel although used by some tour groups. Service is efficient but the rooms are rather small. A good buffet breakfast is served. The hotel is ideally located for visiting Hong Kong Island and the markets of Kowloon ( Mngkok etc.) The train service to Shenzen in China is directly outside.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Walk out of the rear of the hotel and take the promenade along Victoria Harbour to see the Avenue of Stars. Keep walking to take the ferry to Hong Kong Island

Very good location from Hunghom station where there is the direct train to the mainland China. I booked a room of "Harbor view", but it was "side harbor view". Because of this, I'm sorry to substract the point. Very gorgeous hotel. It is convenient when I take a train at Hunghom station. There is a dtrect course with the lift, too.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you go to this hotel by Airport Express, it is better to change into the metro at Kawloon station, not Central. If you change it at Central, you must walk from Tim-sa-choi to East Tim-sa-choi for a while.

Good for 1 night stay for transit to china.
Location is very near to the train station at Hong Hum
Though location is far from shopping locations, shuttle bus is provided to Tsim Tsa Tsui
Room is clean and reasonable.
Great staff
The hotel is very near to the Hong Hum train station and there is shuttle bus to Tsim Tsa Tsui. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. The view is also great. Overall, a good hotel ad good service and the price is reasonable.

Perfect location within walking distance to Hung Hom train station. The hotel has good view over the seafront and a nice swimming pool outside. The area around is considere safe and worked perfectly well for a first time visitor to HK. Rhe room was a bit small, however worked out well, seaview very good over the Victoria Harbour.

Place is very clean; Staff are friendly; Rooms are nice and adequate; Hotel is a bit out of the way however, they do have free shuttle to take you to the shopping districts; Mall connected to the hotel is very quiet and there is not much stores to shop but there is a lot of food

good location, good value for money I liked it so much so I extent for a whole month. Now I even have a small kitchen in the room. Having my own car around the lobby entrance makes it even more enjoyable.
Nightlife Tip : Bull Dog at the TST East waterfront. Fun place with live music.

easy free transport to TST Perfect Hotel, not in the centre of town but still walking distance to TST and TST East as well as Hung Hom. Just 2 minutes from the Hung Hom KCR station. Food, Shoping centre and night spots all arround.
Restaurant Tip : Food centre at the shopping centre 2rd floor, the vegetarien food stall, inexpensive and good.

Not very convenient if you want the nightlife of HK. It is a very convenient hotel if arriving from Guangzhou or departing to China by train. The furniture is looking a little bit outdated but beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are in excellent shape. TV's are old but the programs are enough (American programs, Deutch, French, Portuguese, Italian and Spanish). We were given the Disabled Persons room and was very spacious and had a kitchenette.
Quick check in and quick check out. Free shuttle to the Kowloon Hotel, which leaves you walking distance to the Star Ferry Pier and most attractions in Kowloon side.

-Complimentary water are only 2 bottle per stay, not per day - if you take more from minibar after the first 2 bottles, you will be ripped off - suggest you buy more from 7-11 or Park'n Shop, big supermarket within the mall next door. A cozy nice hotel with good services and nice room condition, great value for money. The rate was not including breakfast and the hotel breakfast buffet was not that good for the rate they charge, but I was lucky to have a room with microwave oven and small kitchen. With a big supermarket in the shopping mall next door, breakfast on bed for my own choice of food at extremely cheap price is a plus for my holiday. Though the hotel is not close to and MTR stations, but free shuttle to TSM is good enough.

the spa is not that good for the Value Over all i can say that the hotel is good for business is kind of easy for us to go to any where like China Guang Zhou and in Hong Kong.

- Aeria to stay due it's near the Hung Hom railway station to go to China
- Shuttle bus to downtown - Is a bit out of downtown
- have to use the shuttle bus, wich is available all 20 min from the hotel The hotel rooms are very well equipped with all amenities a business traveller needs.
Adjoining raiway station to all mayor department stores in Kowloon Tong are reachable in a few miknutes from Hung Hom station
Shopping Tip : Especially the shopping tip to lady streets is atractable
