Long way from Central. Small rooms.
It's very difficult to get a decent harbour view. We arrived at 2230 and spent 2 hours arguing with the duty manager who eventually gave us a free upgrade to a suite (still no view though but at least we could fit in the room). Other than the mis-selling issue, the hotel was okay. It is close to the Quarry Bay MTR but this is a long way from Central and most places that tourists would like to visit. Some decor is tired in the standard rooms. Can't comment on catering as we ate out each day.
Travel tip : Buy Octapus Card to use all forms of transport in HK - it's simple and very convenient. Peak is worth a visit as are the Kowloon markets.

Price, location, staff, food and rooms
Lack of choice in restaurants in immediate area.
The hotel is quite nice with helpful staff and perfectly fine rooms. None really have a view until you get to the upper floors. Finding a place for breakfast in the immediate area is a challenge but there is one across the street on the way to the subway stop. Buffet is very good at hotel either for breakfast or dinner. Brfst is $20.00 USD so pricey; try to get it included in the price.
Hotel Feature Tip : The tram goes right by as does the subway so getting to/from is very easy and convenient even if hotel is a little farther east than some people might like.

Great Location near MTR. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Family room with kitchen great value
The Hotel is located near the MTR line which gave us access to other locations of Hong Kong. The Family Room worked out great for our family during our quick visit to Hong Kong. Very good staff. Great family oriented hotel. Food was good although we only ate lunch one time at the hotel. Would recommend this hotel for family travel.
