arrived at 1:30pm, check-in time is 2pm, but they gave us a room immediately. very nice of them, room little bit small but overall is good.

Bland rooms, only PARTIAL harbour view

upgraded on internet booking to harbour view. at check in was asked if we wanted to pay a further a night for a full harbour view. having already paid for harbour view upgrade, to be asked to pay again was dissapointing and we felt cheated. the room we had was very bland, quite basic; no extras like comfortbale chairs to sit in or gowns etc. no free wireless internet connection - this hotel is not cheap, but it seemed that they wanted you to pay extra for almost everything.

The service manner of counter staff was bad and the view of room is not match with their description and photo. In the photo and description, the habour view can be oversigned in their room. However, commerical building which built in front of hotel had blocked the habour view and only limited habour view was oversigned in the uncomforted concern of the room.

the hotel is easily accessed by mtr or other public transport. the service of the staff were good and all the basic facilities in the room were included. the size of the room is acceptable as hong kong has such a limited land available

pleasant hotel - but had to pay for wifi!!!!

A bit rediculous that you have to pay for wifi use!! - its been free in all the other hotels that I've styaed in, in Hong kong. I wasn't really that impressed with the value for money either- i've stayed in smarter hotels than that for less!

Good but nothing out of the ordinary for a 4-5 star hotel. The quality of amenities and good is good, but tor the price paid, I expected better service.
I stay there because it is just in front of my office but quarry bay is not a convenient nor interesting area for most tourists.
