Lovely hotel and service with a smile.
Great location, great service from front desk to cleaning staff. I saw management checking my floors for service a few times during my stay. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Very pleasant stay. Checking in was a breeze. They gave us a nice room on the upper floors without us asking for it. Room was quiet. Cleaning staff very helpful. Location is excellent, close to subway and local transportation and bus to airport. Fast food and restaurants nearby.

a very good hotel in good condition in all manners. staff with good service quality and helpful. suppose i want to book a king size bed room but they dont have any left, so they upgrade me to deluxe room. excellent location as well.

Excellent friendly and helpful staff in hotel. Tram stop just outside and adjacent to Entrance C of MTR so local transportation excellent. Buffet dinner was very good value with excellent and wide choice to suit most palates. Room was spacious by HK standards but high charge for wifi in bedrooms was not good - in fairness advice on this was available when booking. Lack of available free wifi in public areas of hotel is out of keeping with most major hotel brands internationally. I would stay here again if working in this area of Hong Kong.

the hotel appears to have gone downhill in the past year since we last stayed there. the room was small, there was on bath, only a shower. check -in took a long time because our booking extension was 'not in the system' although it had been paid for. breakfast was good, and if you missed the buffet there is a small menu. the service was poor though with coffee arriving 10 minutes after breakfast.
on the whole, the staff were pleasant and obliging , but i probably would not stay there again as there are many hotels in hong kong.
Restaurant Tip:
Sweetheart Steakhouses in Mongkok, Causeway Bay and North Point serve delicious food and are excellent value.

the hotel is nice and neat. the service is up to professional standard. i am so delighted to be upgraded to a suite which is gorgeous. i do think that the hotel is located at a convenient location and it is good to near the mtr station, bus stops etc.
the chinese restaurant is very good and the food quality is very high. it is very comfortable to have a few drinks at the bar/launge.

Great place to stay if you are traveling with kids.
Room need some updates and bed is not so comfortable.
Toilet uses sea water, has hint of scent, not everyone likes it. Very nice location not far and not so close.
Not every staffs are friendly but most of all, its not so bad.
