Very nice Hotel
really close to the mtr, buses & trams.

i have stayed here a number of times in the last four years. i find the location very good for traveling around hk island.
the hotel is very clean and is very close to the mtr station, which is just across the street. i was really disapointed that there was no free wi-fi access available, as i think this is now standard in most hotels of this class.
overall i will stay here again, but do find the internet charge a little expensive.

nice and perfect rooms in a good location with access to the metro and located in the old business district.
nearby is a supermarket and a few coffee-shops.
dis-advantage no free wifi or internet even not in the lobby of the hotel.very friendly staff, quite and clean and good room sizes. nice swimming pool and fitness center.
offers tour and sightseeing.
differente restaurants some times even with live band.
good price value.

upgrade to seaview room for free and can view the beautiful night of victoria harbour. room is spacious, clean and tidy. the mtr station is just crossing the road so it has the prime location for travellers.

The location of the hotel was fantastic which close to many attractions. The price per night was within reasonable price. The surrounding area was excellent which so enjoyable. The staff were so friendly, helpful and nice. The room was clean, comfortable and tidy. The size of the room was great. The outside of the hotel was clean and nice. Overall the hotel is situated in a great location which easy to reach to transports. The food was delicious and presentable.

the hotel location is close to mtr station but it still takes at least 20 minutes to the shopping area like causeway bay, and a building near it is funeral home. the room is small but fairly comfortable, the service is okay.

Very good hotel for a 4 star rating
Big Lobby, Infront of MTR Station, Very Clean Rooms

I noticed that a lot of of people staying in this hotel are Caucasians. The hotel lobby is big and is located in the second floor of the hotel. The MTR station of Quarry Bay is located right infront of the hotel main entrance. The srvices are great and efficient. Rooms are very-well maintained and the view from my room are really nice. Check-in and check-out services are fast.
I lost my hotel voucher when checking-in. They assisted me with my problem immediately and I never experienced any hassle. This service for me is called customer-focused. Two thumbs-up for them!
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you are looking for a 4 star hotel but almost looks like a 5 star hotel, you may want to try this hotel. They have all the facilities of a 5 star. Rooms are really clean and services are efficient. Very convenient because the MTR is just across the street.
