OK however inconsistant

Comfortable room, large bed, quiet and easy to get taxi and MTR. Training needed for staff and some attention to solving service problems. Stayed for 5 nights initially, had to have door key reset every day as they could not work out why it wouldn not keep memory, even when stored 2 meters from any phone or magnet. Also late checkout cost for 5 hours, same as a whole day. Restaurants average, small coffee shop downstairs, very helpful and friendly.
Restaurant Tip:
Pacific coffee just 5 minute walk towards Causeway bay.

Stayed there for a couple of days. Overall experience was good, but...
During the check out I was asked for a printed copy of my voucher. I didn't have one so they insisted that I printed one from my e-mail and chrged me 20 HKD for 1 minute internet access in their hotel.
I had to pay for something they needed. It's not like 20 HKD is really big money. It was something that left a nasty taste in my mouth and spoiled the end of a really lovely trip.

Great stay, i return there again. good quality room. very close to MRT Quarrybay and near Tai Koo Sing Shopping center. not so much restaurant around within walking distance. but because of the MRT station, it is al,ost easy access to everywhere...

Nice Hotel
The hotel location is easy to find and they offer shuttle services to & from various key locations, spaing us from the peak hours squeeze in MTR

Overall the hotel is fine for short stay and the rooms are generally clean. For a 4 stars hotel i think it's pretty annoying that they charge for almost everything from Breakfast, internet access to even adapters. i was on a business trip and needed to courier something out with HK but was shock to find that the hotel DO NOT offer local courier even though it was stated in their services that they do. N they do not even know or bother to check where is the nearest post office. I'll not re-visit this hotel again as at the end of the day we end up paying over a 100SGD more which does not justify for the standard of this hotel.
Travel tip:
There are alot of cheap and nice eateries around the hotel so don't bother eating in the hotel.

Excellent location, great rooms

this is my 2nd visit to this hotel and i will stay there again. the rooms are clean and modern and the train station, post office and small supermarket just across the road, are also a big plus.
Shopping Tip:
Post your shopping (i.e. excess luggage) home by sea mail. It is not too expensive and seems to be quicker than most other countries' sea mail post. In my experience, it is reliable too.

not really a perfect location, too far from the centre. no breakfast included in the price of your room. you can hear every little sound coming from the room next door, if you are interested in the life of your neighbor (even if you are not interested...). all in all, i have seen better hotels, especially for the price.

i stay here with my family here for three nights, the hotel location good and the mrt station just 3 minits opposite the hotel, the room is clean and big, the hotel provide us two double bed which is enough for my family with my two sons, the hotel room consider big compare with others hotel at hong kong.

the servic offered by the check in staff is superb. however the room was fairly basic and the harbour view was barely a small gap between two tall buildings. it is certainly not worth the extra.

my daughters liked the room very much and they waited every day to return and have free time in the room.
the hotel located far from crowded areas and we liked that specially that mtr and many buses are very close so we could easily travel around.
many restaurant close to the hotel.
we had kitchen in the room equipped with oven and microwave and with close supermarket (just cross the road) we could cook our own morning and evening meals, we ate outside only once a day.
we definitely return to this hotel
