Good location, big family suite
nice staff, good location far from crowded area and have access by MTR, buses

my daughters liked the room very much and they waited every day to return and have free time in the room.
the hotel located far from crowded areas and we liked that specially that mtr and many buses are very close so we could easily travel around.
many restaurant close to the hotel.
we had kitchen in the room equipped with oven and microwave and with close supermarket (just cross the road) we could cook our own morning and evening meals, we ate outside only once a day.
we definitely return to this hotel

Great Hotela nd Convenient Location

Comfortable, clean and spacious. It was a last minute choise and recommeded by a friend who knows Hong Kong and the hotels there quite well.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Really big rooms, well furnished and clean. You're in a five star hotel though the area around is far from the typical one for a five star hotel!

Overall a pleasant stay and the checkin and checkout which took only a minute.
Travel tip:
Good location for business traveller that need to be around Wanchai district.

OK location but overpriced for an average hotel.
Near the Quarry Bay Metro; very clean and nice enough room. Good enough, efficient service.

Although the Harbour Plaza North Point is not located in a prime area, the Quarry Bay metro stop is only a block or so away and the hotel is certainly pleasant enough, with clean, up-to-date rooms. The beds are somewhat hard, but not at hard as those often found in Chinese hotels. Service was polite but not as gracious as I've experienced in many Asian hotels. The room I stayed in was a "city view" so if someone were a tourist, it might be best to request a harbour view room. It was also quiet.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you book at this hotel and are vacationing, ask for a harbour view room.

NIce place on good location

We spend nice time in this hotel, as location is realy nice. Not Noisy place with MTR station very close. Several restaurants (coffee´s, Mc Donnalds) around, just few meters from hotel entrance. A lot of good food for breakfast for with different types of food (Western, Asia, ...). Rooms was small with old furniture, but other facilities, like toilets and bathroom was ok. Price was little higher, than we expected, but we were finaly satisfied.

Shuttle buses to Casueway Bay & Central - but only hourly intervals, walk to MTR

Frequented by European tourists; Staff are helpful but English standards poor. Chienes Rest in hotel is under-rated - probably because of location. Great if you are a tourist not rushed for time.
Shopping Tip:
A large suerwmart (Wellocme) s across the road; taxis/buses to Causeway Bay are easy and frequent.

a very nice hotel, close to mtr station, and handy shopping in local stores. i have stayed here on the last three occasions i've visited hk because it is friendly and very easy to get from the hotel to the mtr station. the only thing i'm not too happy about is the price. the food in the dining area is quite good, but a litte expensive, so i eat out most nights.
overall a nice hotel, but could be better.

This hotel is suitable for business traveler and holiday. The nearest MTR is qurray bay station within 5 mins walking distance. The food price at the hotel restaurant not cheap as you thought., this hotel provide comfortable and quiet place for those who like less disturbance.
Near by hotel has few malls with western and Japanese restaurant.

Great hotel for HK standards

After staying in a 3-star hotel (Hotel MK), I moved to this hotel (4 stars). The difference felt like 3 stars, not 1. I should have stayed there for the whole duration of my stay. The bathroom is nice like in a Western hotel (in HK, you often take a shower in front of the toilet, so that the whole bathroom is wet). I also appreciated the harbour view, pool, safety box, and bed. The MTR (subway) station is just 1-2 minutes from the hotel, and the train takes about 20 minutes to Central.
