Nice place close to subway

Beware of the front-desk people trying to sell you the 500HKD per night upgrade to let you have free internet, breakfast, mini bar and nicer view because on higher floor.
I didn't take it this time, and was glad I didn't. Paying the internet and breakfast will still be cheaper. You have to count it.
Breakfast is very good, also with nice view, take time to eat.
Then walk down to Quarry Bay subway station that takes you to Central...

Well located hotel

We could get an upgrade to a clubfloor for a little bit of money extra. Friends of us who didn't, had a tiny room. From our Club Room on the 32nd floor we had a fantastic view of the harbour. The pool was nice. The hotel was very clean (I saw the cleaning lady clean the air vents every day!) and well maintained. Roomservice took forever though. Great hotel for business men and shoppers. The Quarry Bay subway station is only 1 minute walking away from the hotel; excellent!

Magic view across the harbour

We were upgraded to the top level suite and had some excellent views across the harbour. Small additional day rate included free mini-bar, free broadband, breakfast and some discounts at Greens restaurant.
Only downside was that pool was closed for our stay - maybe the hotel could work in a better schedule to at least have the pool open at certain times and publicise for guests rather than have a blanket pool closure for inclement weather.
Restaurant Tip:
Greens had a good selection of chinese and western food.

Good for long family stay.
Bus, MTR and trams at the door. Good local food options for family eating and swimming pool

Booked two suites as we were in for 8 days and wanted some space. Swimming pool was good for kids in a heat wave. Out of the way at Quarry Bay but the MTR is opposite the hotel putting the whole of Hong Kong at our feet, buses and tram at the door and all transport is cheap. Good food and mini mart oposite if hotel dining is not for you.

We have often stayed in this hotel when in Hong Kong. Enjoyed the convenience familiar to us. This time we noticed signs that the rooms could do with a refurbishment. The staff are all helpful. Specials at the GREENS restaurant are great value.

Decent Hotel near MRT
Just cross the road,I can reach Hong Kong MRT Station called Quarry Bay. and also right in front of the hotel, there is bus stop. easy for me to go to other places

Overall, i rated 8.5 out of 10. One bad thing is the hotel location is near Hong Kong Funderal Home, BUT I felt nothing happened. it's safe. since there are some residentals just cross the street and facing HK Funderal Home, but i saw people nothing special happened.
Good thing is cross the street, you will find a supermarket called Wellcome, so it's very convenient for me to grab some snacks over there.
Shopping Tip:
in front of the hotel or 30 sec walking distance to the bus stop. you can take Bus No. 2A which can take u to the big shopping mall called Tai Koo Shing, the shopping is great and there are alot of restaurants at that place

Overall a great hotel in a good location with friendly staff and easily accessabile amenities. The interior is a little dated, and with no flat screen tvs, i expected more from the hotel overall. However, i will definately be returning for an additional stay perhaps over a longer period of time.
Shopping Tip:
North Point has fantastic deals in terms of shopping.

I stay regular in this hotel and I'm always satisfied. The rooms are OK and the prices are reasonable. Sometimes during the fair times a little too high. But that's usual in HongKong. The location is good, near the MTR station Quarry Bay. So it's an easy transportation to the Exhebition Centre.
