A very fast and efficient Check In/Check Out. Very polite and friendly staff. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed room. Having stayed in many hotels in Hong Kong over the years, this is by far the best value for money etc that i have experienced. I will certainly stay there again.

A couple of small disappointments.

On the positive side, let me say I was very grateful when I got an email immediately upon returning home that we had left something of some value in the room and they had found it and kept it for us. A relative picked it up. This goes a long way. On the negative side, there are no electrical outlets in the bathroom. If you use an electric shaver or hair dryer you need to plug it in down near the floor to use another mirror, near the picture window. Also, they charge nearly $17 per day for 24 hrs. of internet. This seems excessive, even by HK standards.

I have stayed there before but don't remember ever in a room so cramped, and suspect it is because they created a new closet to replace the original one replaced by a mini-kitchen.

Double room was really small in size, but good service. The shuttle bus which was supposed to take us to the convention centre did not function.Hence we had to depend on taxis.This was a great disappointment as we booked mainly of the shuttle bus . The charges for airport transfer was quite high.
