The hotel is located in a great location. Transportation is very convenient. MTR station, bus stops and tram stop are just out there. BTW the hotel also provides complimentary shuttle bus servicing Taikooshing shopping mall, Causeway Bay and IFC. The hotel is a little bit old but the room is very clean. The front desk staffs and cleaning ladies are very friendly and helpful. The food quality in the Chinese restaurant (3/F) is excellent. The only compliant is they don't provide free internet. However, I'll consider to stay there for my next trip.
Travel tip:
making use of their free shuttle in order to save $$

Lovely hotel with great location
Nice hotel with spacious rooms and strategic location (very near MTR).

This is the second time i stayed in this hotel. If the hotel could provide free wifi, it will be perfect. In overall, i am very satisfied and will come back again to this hotel when i travel to hong kong :)

The staffs are unfriendly,lack of smile,seems like refuse to communicate. Not more than 3 persons actually smile. However,the location is near to team and mrt. Quite convenient to move around

the rooms are quite big as compared to the other hotels in hk. the location, though far from the city, is not so bad because mtr is just a two minute walk, plus it's quiet as compared to staying in tsim sha tsui or causeway bay which can get really busy.

Close to MTR station and Ferry

The hotel is in a great location - literally opposite the road from Quarry bay MRT which is 2 stops away from causeway bay (major shopping area). The rooms were rather small and either sound proofing was not very good or I heard strange sounds at night and also I could hear people speaking.
After hearing all these noises, I did not like the thought of finding out that the hotel is situated right next to a crematorium. Because of this experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Service has lots room for improvement

We have a group of friend having gathering at the suite room. At sometime around 11pm night, there is staff keep knocking the door and ask us to keep our noise low with bad attitude. I feel really bad as this disturb our mood for celebrating xmas. And I guess the staff could inform us at a better manner.

Hotel located at city area but have silent environment, comfortable for vocation and speeding for one or two days. Easy to travel.
Pricing is very reasonable that is not easy to find in other hotels.
Also, Hotel staffs are helpful and considerable.
