very big room. they hv upgrade me to another room for those long term stay. the room is super big n i nv seen a small kitchen in a hotel room before. nothing bad only thing is they are too far from the city area...... I enjoyed 2 nights at your Hotel, it was a great stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel and room amenities were exceptional especially for the price. An excellent Mall is right next to the Hotel with many shops and restaurants. I need to stress how helpful and friendly all of the staff were, always
greeting us and smiling. I would like to suggest that on your website you explain in detail how and where to get the public bus at the airport and that you disembark from the bus at it's final stop, they would clarify how easy it is to use the less expensive transport and remove all the
anxiety of not knowing where to get off, probably a good idea to include a small map
showing the Hotel Lobby location in relation to the bus terminal. I believe if this transport was clarified it will result in more guests as your rates are excellent and it really is a good value especially for Hong Kong.

It's a very nice hotel, modern with big rooms. The only con was no internet access in the room. We were there to attend a nearby conference so sightseeing was not an issue. If you are going to Hong Kong for travel/sightseeing, the location isn't ideal. You'd need to go long distance on MTR/KCR to get to Kowloon or the island. Also, it's very near the border at Shenzen for crossing into mainland China. Free wireless available only in the lobby area though there are comfortable places to sit.

the rooms whrer very big in size very clean, the toilets where very clean also. anly the restaurant we could not get halah food ( muslems food) since i'm muslam First of all we (my waife and I started brousing the internet serching for a website to book a hotel and one of my Freainf gaive my the agoda website. it was my first time booking a hotel by website. I founded very trustful and things works as per what i needed. I'm so happy and i think i will be using the agoda website for all my future booking. and also i was very happy with the way agoda varyfay the credit cardholder by requesting the customer to provide the credit card statment in order to prove the write oner of the credit card.
