Large, well appointed rooms.
This is Hong Kong's best hotel value with a nice outdoor pool and connected to a mall with many restaurant choices.

Harbour Plaza Resort City offers well appointed, large rooms at a bargain price compared to other HK hotels. The property is located about 45 minutes from the airport via the hotel's private shuttle bus ($100HK per person each way). The Ginza light rail stop is in front of the hotel via which you can reach the Westrail station in about five minutes. From here you can conveniently go anywhere in HK. Unlike Kowloon or HK Island, the Yuen Long area gives a glimpse of how HK residents live in the New Territories. If you're comfortable with getting a bit off the tourist track, Harbour Plaza Resort City is a great choice. While you're sampling the real HK, why not forgo the relative expensive hotel shuttle bus and take the E34 airport bus instead. The E34 offers a roll-on luggage ramp and ample luggage racks. Ride it to the end of the line and you are just across the side-street from Harbour Plaza Resort City. The E34 costs less than $20HK per person (see my travel tip for more info).
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Even if you're staying in Hong Kong for only a few days, the purchase of an Octopus Card is a smart investment. You will receive automatic discounts over the cash fare for MTR subway, light rail, buses, Star Ferry, and even the cross harbor sampan at Aberdeen. The Octopus Card is a stored-value card that can also be used as a cash card at McDonalds, 7-11, and a numerous other merchants. You can purchase the Octopus Card at the Airport Express counter on the arrivals concourse at HK Airport. When you depart, surrender your card at the same counter and your unused balance and full deposit will be refunded. HOT TIP FOR THOSE OVER 65: HK does not currently require that you be a resident to purchase an "Elder" Octopus Card; you need only meet the age requirement. Most public transport fares are 50% off with the Elder Card and the Star Ferry is free.

Very cheap and good hotel

It is a very cheap hotel in hong kong although location is far away from urban. But it is really cheap to have a night there. Near shopping mall. I was arranged at phase 2 which is relatively big. The toilet is not that clean especially i can smell the drain. But totally is great. Just televisions poor

the hotel is situated in a residential area next to a local shopping mall, where quite a number of restaurants of various cuisines are available. so it is great for food lovers like us. however there is not much to see outside the mall. the room we stayed at was spacious and comfortable, with big window overlooking the swimming pool and nearby stadium. the bed was nice as well.

Remote but Spacious

We knew its remote location from the comments, but it took us within 2 hours from airport to the hotel - not that bad! But of course, there wasnt any tourist spots nearby. However, there are a big shopping mall with many restaurants and a cinema right next to it. So we could easily get food - or else, we can also go to the cafe or restaurants inside the hotel - it was that expensive for a Harbour Plaza rate! We had the nigh time dinner (after 9-ish) at around HKD200 for a buffet! It was okay.
But if it's your first time visiting HK, I surely wouldnt recommend it to you! I'd rather pick those in Nathan Road - tough the rooms are tiny & dirty comparatively! HK is for shopping anyway!

rooms are big, neat and tidy for the price. theres isnt much attractions around the hotel and it will take an hour to travel back to the urbans. nice for retreat and those in budget.
area around the hotel appears to be really local and do not handle foreigners well.
