Affordable Hotel in Hong Kong

A very affordable hotel in the suburb of Hong Kong. It will take about an hour to the city. The room is big and is attached to a mall with great restaurants.

Great Hotel just to far from Airport for stopover
Clean with good size rooms located with shopping centre and parklands

This was only a transit stopover, the shuttle bus service is hourly. The hotel has two tower of accommodation with a shopping centre attached and a parkland area between the two towers.
Staff were friendly and assisted with local information.
I will stay again however not for transit stopover, there are hotels closer to the airport, shuttle service was one hour each way to and from airport.

Look in the shopping centre there are many restaurants available

Near Bus station , easy to travel to/from Shenzhen
clean rooms, near bus station / railway station, friendly staffs

the location is a bit far from the city centre, although there is a railway station in front of the hotel which connects directly to the mtr. it takes about 30 min to go to city centre from the hotel. there is a small shopping centre exactly beside the building, where we can have breakfast or lunch conveniently at a reasonable price, or buy water/snacks in 7eleven.
in front of the hotel there is a bus station where you can catch the bus that goes directly to shenzhen.
the hotel itself is not bad. except for the bed (it is not wide and it is a bit hard). the building is quite new and clean. the staffs speak and understand english quite well and they are informative.
the swimming pool was ok. the lobby at night was always crowded because some groups of tourists from came at night and made some noise, so we could not sit comfortably in the lobby area. there is only one small cafe in the lobby and it is closed at 10 pm (or earlier?). in the lobby area, there is no wifi when the cafe is closed. in order to have the wifi password you have to buy some drink from the cafe. there is no wifi in the room (or there is wifi but the signal was very weak).

A bit out of the city, rooms ok but a bit damp

Arrived late and got the Superior room in the neighbouring tower. Room was a bit damp and smelly. Spacious room and bath room. No Wireless available. Quiet, but out more than 30 mins out of town. However, its perfectly accesible with light rail and the MTR.
Would probably stay there again, as the price is reasonable for what they offer.

Far from city but convenient

i found out that there is a direct shuttle service from the airport right to the hotel only at a cost of hkd. just look out for the hotel counter.
although the hotel is kinda out of place but yet the location is great if you have intention to travel to china shenzhen as there is a direct bust service that will bring you to the shenzhen bay custom within 30mins.
the light rail that connects to the main mtr system is right outside the hotel. so getting to other parts of hong kong is not an issue at all, you just need to get out of the hotel slightly earlier.
besides, hotel guests also get to use the hotel swimming pool and gym for free.
one of the best place i have stayed in hong kong.
