Large room with cooking utensils

We stayed at Tower 1, which was the service apartment building. We were impressed that they had cooking utensils and a microwave oven which made us feel like home.
However staff are not helpful at all. Rude ppl.
Lamps broke, bathtub broke.

it was so good that harbour plaza rosort city has updated me to a suit. it's very big room, high floor, with a good view. staff is nice and the room is clean. good experience here, the only bad thing is the location. tin shui wai is really far away from kowloon although there was a train network connect to... still took long time and need to intercharge other train service. traveller may get confused if they are not so familiar with hk train network.
Restaurant Tip:
there is a Chinese restaurant offering grilled groose which tastes very good. restaurant is in the shopping mall next to Habour Plaza.

nice hotel but away from centre
price as it was the cheapest 4 star hotel in whole hong kong at the time I booked.

i stayed on 20th floor and the view was nice but it was shame about the sun shine as it was raising behind the other tall buildings... the area i was told called a sad city as it was well outside the hong kong and kawloon and most people getting social security benefits were living in the area and as some people had committed suicides in the area it was given a name like that.but it was a nice clean area same as most parts of hong kong and i could get to the hotel with only 1 bus from nathan road area.
Travel tip:
if you don't mind staying away from the centre it is one of the cheapest 4 star hotels, it takes about 45 minutes or so to get there by bus from Nathan aware of the internet charges, shopping centre for food and the bus station is just next to the hotel.

i was not too well about the noise, floor 27 to be precise, at different time of the night, several days. i reported it.
access to town was ok even the hotel is far.
shuttle to/from airport ok and efficient.
buffet interesting and diversified.
room well kept.
access wifi out of this time. charging for it, every day is just irrealistic... free everywhere else.
Travel tip:
careful about the wifi access.
good buffet, reasonable cost.
watch for the noise.

We got upgraded with a deluxe room and the room was quite big and comfortable. The supermarket is connected to the hotel. there are a lot of local restaurants around and food is great! There is a movie theatre at the corner of the mall. i would love to stay at this hotel next time.

the hotel itself is very good...the staff are friendly and helpful however, the location is very far from the shopping center(night market) and tourist attractions like ocean park and victoria peak, etc (the bus station is just across the street, however it would take an hour to go these places)...

harbour plaza resort city is a nice hotel with nice rooms and a strategic locations. i really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. this hotel is really recommended to stay for holidays with families as it has nice accommodations and facilities too. the price is also affordable. it is really worth the price. very recommended.
