Nice-sized rooms, great facilities
Pool, proximity to shops, park etc.

We stayed in a Superior room at the Harbour Plaza Resort City and would
recommend the experience to anyone looking for a reasonably-sized room
in Hong Kong without having to pay an arm and a leg. Of course, it is out
in the New Territories, a considerable distance (an hour?) from the city, but
one could consider it to be a plus to be away from the maddening bustle of
the city. And it being Hong Kong, one is never too far away from the crowds
anyway. The hotel has a nice pool and gym, and best of all, for those seeking
exercise outdoors, is adjacent to the very pleasant Tin Shuai Wai park.

Far from disneyland, and ocean park, and airport. The hotel is new, clean and big rooms with kitchen inside that you can cook, we are not ready to cook, lot of my time was outside of the hotel i did not enjoy the kitchen. the service is very ok, personel are willing to help, accommodating, they cn speak english. The head of the security service is very accomodating. Thank you very much

the hotel is near to mtr to travel around the city

Lovely hotel and nice staff

great room and complete equipment, nice staff hotel and take a help quickly...we go to city easy by mtr and light train...around the hotel there are great shopping mall, market and playing ground for my daughter, and i with my eldest daughter can walk for sightseeing...i would like to this hotel next time with my another family...

Big rooms and good service

The light rail is just in front of the hotel, there are very good bus connection from hotel to the airport which costs about HKD14 and also direct bus connection to Causeway Bay. The shopping center connected to the hotel is not huge but basically get everything that you need, 4 banks, restaurants. The bus station is just 2min away from the hotel and there is a nice park behind. I am quite happy making the right choice. You just cannot get everything for that money: close to the city centre, reasonable price. I will definitely go back again.

I stayed in this hotel with my girlfriend!!!The hotel is quite good and convenient as it near MTR and bus terminal. Even they are not in city centre, you just need to take about 45 mins to the city centre in Hong Kong with a bus nearby or 5-15mins to other sub urban city centre. In addition, there is also a big shopping mall with Cinema and big supermarket just next to the hotel to make it a super convenient place! I enjoy my stay there and i will go back if i get chance!!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take bus in the bus terminal to city centre! you don't need to change any transportation to go there. If you want to go sub urban city, light rail can help you. it also convenient! But be careful at night, it is hard for you to back to the hotel from city centre of Hong Kong after 1 o'clock. So, take your time!!!

room is big enough for family of 4

but the tv set is too small (19 " and old big set)
it is not enough for a family of 3 persons to watch tv.

staff is helpful & polite. we was first arranged to stay in tower 1. after check in, we found that the swimming pool locates in the tower 2. we then called to the front desk & requested to move to tower 1. the staff replied us after 5 min & offered a free upgrade to deluxe room in tower 1.
the room is really big & nice-decorated.
everything is great except the tv is small & outmoded.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Wet Land Park nearby, 10 min to reach there from hotel by light-rail.

Awesome hotel close to Ginza shopping centre
nearby from train station and bus, nice room but service was so-so

first of all they did not have the wall plug converter to suit other countries electronic plugs.
service was great, had in room wi fi for an extra per day. location is next door to ginza mall, and 40minutes to the airport. they run shuttle buses to the airport.
this hotel will definately be my choice next time i stay in hongkong.
