huge room that worth the money

Went there with my parents and I requested a smoking level and a non smoking level room before my trip via email to the hotel.
I am on the hightest floor - 28th, while parents were on the 23rd floor. My room is at the corner, so bigger area compared to parents.
Everything is ok, except during our visit there, there were huge groups of children(I believe it could be an exchange program as there is a school nearby) that were staying in the hotel. Lobby were extreme noisy and have to wait for awhile for the lifts.

its quite far from downtown, but since hongkong's transportation facilities very good, so no problem at all. There is a nice park behind the hotel.

a great experience to stay at this hotel as the location of the hotel is near to the infrastructure. Furthermore, the room is clean and comfortable. It is also great to have a shopping complex near the hotel so that it is easy to shop around the hotel

great hotel but far from city center

pros:
- has one of the most complete amenities in HK (tennis courts, playgrounds, pool, gym, bar, resto, etc)
- one of the cheapest 4 star hotels in HK
- near tin shui wai park and kingswood ginza mall
- just across light rail ginza station
- big and clean room
cons:
- very far from city center (around 1 hour bus ride)
- not much shopping malls nearby
- no pic taking in their poolside... hmm... don't know if this is standard in HK

If you went to Tin Shui Wai to stay to this hotel, be sure to visit the following:

Tin Shui Wai Park
Kingswood Ginza mall
Also try 阿一燒鵝 (Number One Restaurant) at Kingswood Ginza mall, try their roast goose.
Be sure to bring swimwear to try their big swimming pool.

Good Price but away from the city

I took the bus directly from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is located around the corner from the bus terminal. The light rail station is just outside the hotel door and provides easy access to the MTR. The hotel room is large and offers a comfortable bed but the television is ancient and offers only a laptop size screen to watch your favourite shows. As others have already noted, this hotel is not convenient if you have business or other reasons to keep you in the City. Expect to travel around one hour to get to the City proper.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The hotel breakfast buffet is acceptable at best but certainly not worth much consideration if you have other better options.

Comfy hotel but not what was pictured

I had a nice three day stay at the Harbour Plaza but was a little disappointed because it was not exactly as pictured. It's not on the beach, or even near the beach, as you might expect from the pictures. Also my room wasn't a suite, although it was a really nice room. Good value for the price.
The hotel location is OK- away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but located on the light rail line that conects to the subway in only 3 stops.

We have invited our relatives to stay in the hotel for 1 night. The room is big. The service is quite good too. We will recommend this to other friends coming to HK.
Also, it's very convenient as there is a big mall nearby.

we had fun in our stay in the hotel. our only problem its so far from the places we planned to visit. our consolation while travelling in the mtr we were happy to see different sceneries of hongkong and we didnt realize that we already reached our place (hotel). also the there was a mall with complete facilities from restaurant to shopping .all in all if given the chance we still go to that hotel

the hotel is a good place to stay if you are out in that part of the country. it is near enough to the wetland reserve and with good tram connections. however it is a bit out of the way for much else.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The wetland reserve is lovely, well worth a visit. Many interesting birds and a great display.
