Spacious rooms with complete amenities
room has big glass windows with great view of the city. location is a bit far from central but is accessible through mtr and lrt. only 20mins. travel time. room has kitchen, sofa bed, bath tub, english cable channels, and a vanity mirror.

we had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. near ginza shopping mall and lrt is just accross the hotel connecting to the mtr going to central. there is a 7-11 store near the hotel. scented garden and children's playground at the back of ginza shopping mall. we will definitely stay at this hotel again on our next visit.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
buy the mtr tourist day pass to give you 24hr unlimited access to the mtr and ltr. hassle free trip and will save you a lot of money. you'll also receive discount coupons on disneyland, ocean park, and sky pass at the victoria peak tram.

This is the second time to stay at this hotel. It is near for me to go to Yuen Long.
Shopping Tip:
There is a shopping Mall to do the shopping there. Moreover, it is near to Yuen Long and I can try the "Lo Pau Ban".

Reasonable price but far deom city

Stayed for 1 nite while transit to airport. Room is large with microwave, electric stove but sadly no utensils!!
Distance to airport via public bus takes 1 hr and 20 minutes with many stops, not convenient for transit purpose.
Eateries available at nearby shopping complex.
Nearby attractions are Yuen Long etc

Good hotel just to take a break from very busy Hong Kong City and stay at a comfortable, cheap and relax pace Hong Kong

No noisy sound heard from nearby room. But some periodical ventilation sound heard from washroom. food is a bit expensive, no smoking trace on my floor. TV screen is small and TV channel is limited. So many tour groups, group members congested the lift lobby and blocked the lifts. Hot water was sufficient and showering is okay.
Restaurant Tip:
Cafe De Carol is on the right of hotel entrance, less than a minute walk away

Good hotel worth a try

The hotel is located in an area not too far from Yun Long which is consider a bit outskirt but the good thing is there is a shopping mall beside the hotel so while it is not so busy, it is not very boring either. The price of hotel in Hong Kong is very expansive and the price for this hotel (considering size of room and facilities) is very reasonable. I would strongly recommend this hotel for vacation especially for HK Disney and for people with business near Yun Long.

the room is big and clean. pillows were too soft for us. the hotel's location is quite far from airport and city. there are shopping mall and 7-11 next door where we can find some food and drink.

Luxury hotel, far from island, close to subway

Airport Shuttle : It was a little confusing at first but the driver was very friendly.
Check-In Service : Decent, but they were extremely busy with lots of customers. Very quick though.
Room : Very spacious with an amazing view. It was very clean. However, they didn't have a lot of amenities. They didn't have a coffee maker, but they did have a water heater. There was a kitchenette but no utensils and/or plates or anything to cook with! The fridge was convenient and there was a microwave, but we didn't get to use it at all. The bathroom was large and very clean. The bed was clean and comfortable with cable TV.
Transportation & Location : Directly connected with the train/subway system. Extremely easy to get around HongKong. However, it's over an hour to get to Hong Kong Island. Very good location because it's also connected to a shopping centre. Excellent view of a temple a couple blocks away as well.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. I would stay there again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Do use the subway system. Not necessary to get the day pass. The public bus system is also extremely easy to use. Does not take a genius to get around Hong Kong if you know English!

It's too expensive to pay $180 for the utensils and cooking tools. 1 set of utensils is not enough. There is no detergent provided. I called to customer services to ask for some detergent but someone just replied "We have no detergent!". Does it mean we don't need to wash the utensils and use them again? Poor services!!!!!

The Room is Big and clean , but it's little bit old ...
I think this is the best value hotel for stay without any luxury service .
There have a lot of super market and convenience store around at 24hrs . Enjoy it !!!

Big room for low price

Harbour Plaza is such a great hotel. Clean rooms, friendly stuff. The MTR to kowloon, mongkok or HK island just 3 stops away by tram.
