The reception staffs follow up immedetly after I request for my room such as the following:
1. I request non smoking room and my living unite is block 2.
2. The cleaning staffs forgot give 2 face towels after cleaning my room.

Hardly a resort
good value for money in hong kong, shuttle service

this hotel is very cheap by hong kong standards and if you are just looking for a place to sleep, it meets those needs. It is however far away from everything, but does provide a shuttle bus service to the airport and kowloon.
The hotel mainly caters to big groups as is geared up as such. The pool is closed in winter. decent food available at the smallish shopping centre next to the hotel.
The room is quite spacious with a fridge and kitchenette and a seperate sitting area.

I stay there for 1 night and the service is good there thought the location is a bit far away from airport and dowmn town HK. The C/P value is good enought for me to return again.

nice place with shopping mall nearby. room is big and comfortable. overall the room is clean but the tv is too small. i like the microwave that i can prepare food myself. it's far away from down town but the transportation is quite convenient with bus station nearby. train station is very far away unforunately... still recommended.

The Hotel is great and would recommend if you would like a nice hotel which is reasonably priced. Accomdation in HK is expensive so this is a good option for a nice hotel but the value for money comes from being further out than most places.
