nice hotel
spacious, nice place, quiet and convenient at low rates.

My boyfriend and I really had a nice stay. This hotel is quite convenient, we can just buy anything around the place and stroll outside just by walking. The place is near the park, department stores, cinemas and restaurants. The room is too big for us and its very clean. I really recommend this to my friend.

Although it's a bit far away from the city but as I have mentioned the public transportation is definitely a credit for Hong Kong Tourism. The airport buses will bring you right to the hotel and vice versa to the airport departure hall which is very convenient, easily access and the price is reasonable. I don't mind recommending others to stay at this hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
You could get very good Dim Sum for breakfast, savoury dishes for dinner and as guest of the hotel you are also entitled to special discount when dining at the chinese restaurant.

Journey Through Hong kong
Rooms and toilets were spaces a lot of sitting areas and water pressure was good. It located near the Bus terminal and old MRT. It was located next to the super market so eating and getting goods were easy and plus there was a 7/11 near by.

I would recommend this hotel to my friends as the price is quite reasonable the rooms are big the toilet is spaces and it is walking distance to the bus stop, old MRT, super market, moneychanger, food court and clinic. The only week point I see is that it is far from the city centre and mineral water was not provided. The view from my room was good there was a playground, jogging track, basketball court and lots more buildings.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There was a 7/11 shop nearby where you could reload your octopus card very convenient and there was a clinic within the super market.

Good for family with young children as the children play room is excellent - very clean, safe and fun!

I will recommend this hotel to family with young children, as not many hotels in Hong Kong would provide children indoor play rooms and activities. It will be much better if the hotel can provide a staff in the children play room, like kids club in Australian resort hotels. Parents can drop their kids in the kids club for a few hours and they can have some relaxing times. Also, it will be much better if the hotel can provide more children activities, like kids golf.

Wetland Park is a good place to visit

It is good for a city escape because it's located far from the city center while it's close to wetland park and some scenery. There is very few choices of restaurants in the hotel but you can find other choices in the shopping mall next to it.

the good value is offset by the hour commute from the central area (which requires MTR and light rail) for a short visit (1 or 2 nights) look elsewhere...we stayed 3 nights and it was a comfortable home for those 3N/4D...room was spacious and having a full size fridge was a plus...having a mall right next to it was great which had a good supermarket, movie theatre, and plenty of restaurants...Wetland park is also next to the hotel...

To get to hotel...
take MTR purple line and get off at Tin Sui Wai station...from there transfer to the light rail line 705 and get off 3 stops later at Ginza...exit and hotel is on the left side...(light rail transfer is free with Octopus card)

My personal observation with Harbour Plaza Hotel
It has one of the best features, accessible to the mall, near the bus terminal anywhere in Hongkong, no traffic, the service was good enough, the room is better . It gives us a pleasant memory of our holiday in Hongkong. Congratulations for your staff

Over all, our family felt secured of the place, we just eat at the mall outside then travel somewhere and back in the hotel at night. Maybe the security need to exert more effort specially to those going inside the hotel, they seemed lax. Thank you .

The hotel lobby is great, clean, and spacious. The staff in the concierge is great because they can talk in english chinese mandarin , so we can understand each other. They are very helpful because they assist me in taking the public transport which is cheaper than the hotel bus. The room is always clean and it has a bmicrowave and burner so the hotel management are encouraging us to spend wisely nj food. The hotel location is near the mall which has all the things u need. From food to presents to clothing to shoues. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

I have stayed at this hotel for many times already. I like the very spacious rooms, which are very rare in HK and the hotel's proximity to the shopping arcades. Prices are very reasonable, too. I also used the hotel shuttle service to the airport this time: HK$80 per person and the transportation time is around 50 minutes. The only drawback is its location, which is very far away from town centres such as Tsimshatsui and Mongkok.
