The location is very easy to access, right by the Light Rail station. It is also close to Wetland Park for sightseeing and mall for shopping and eating. High floor room can obtain a better view of the surrounding. The room is quite comfortable, spacious and clean; refrigerator and cooking stove,kettle,safety box are provided. I would have no hesitation to recommend it.

I really like the Hotel itself, being attached to the mall, because you can find almost everything there. I also like the way they treat their customers---the staff are accomodating. If you need something, they will provide it right away. Thanks to the staff. I think they must include free breakfast. There must be a free Wifi, the surcharge is quite high. I am so pleased with the accomodation we had during our 3 days (2 nights) stay in Harbour Plaza Resort City Hotel. The hotel is clean, spacious, comfortable and most of all the staff are really accomodating. Being in Hong Kong for the first time, I can say that I made the right choice for staying there. The Mall attached to Harbour Plaza Resort City Hotel is really fantastic because you can find almost everything there. There is also a Supermarket inside Ginza Square (the mall) If you want to stay most of the time in the Hotel, to rest and relax, this is the place for you because it is a self-contained Hotel. You can also make use of the gym and sauna---this is free. If you want to go places, then its okay, because transportation is available since this Hotel is located near the bus terminal (within walking distance) and the other mode of transportation like MTR and Taxi's are just around the corner. You can ask the Hotel staff for directions--they are so helpful. I suggest that if you go to Mongkok or TST, then this Hotel fits you well, because you can sleep soundly after having been to the busy streets of Hong Kong. the room is big and the service is good~ the funitures a little bit old~ it is a quite good hotel with a cheap price~ the service is good and the view of the room are also great~ i lived in non-smoking floor~ it located on the higher floor~
the room have a small pantry~ it is good for some traveller who want to cook by itself~ the toilet is also in good condition~
i like the buffet at night in the lobby, the price is reasonable and the food is quite good~ there are lots of deserts~ haha~ i love it~ but the sushi is not very good~ but nevermind~ still can try once~ ^^
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : there has a shopping mall and Boardway cinema beside the hotel~

The swimming pool is very beautiful. We can swimming under sunshine. late check out until 1300p.m
if extented to 1400p.m, then it is fine We used little money to have a wonderful trip and room service. The builing is too beautiful and the view is wide.

many shops near the hotels the distance is too far from the city the price is acceptalbe. The swimming pool is very large and beautiful. The room service is very good and the twin bed is very comforable.

Big Room. Cheap Room Fee. Courtesy Staff Room not fully cleaned which I can found small pieces of biscuit (by last guest) at the cupboard. No bath clothes, no room service. There is a little mall and cinema nearby and you could easily found some low-price restaurants. However, it's far away to the city center but it can be a merit if you want a short vacation. The room at a glance is big and clean but if checked in detail you will find some small corner without cleansing. There's also no room service so you have to go down to have your meal. The staff are courteous and have quick response. My conclusion is that the "software" of this hotel is good; while the hardware can be further improved.

friendly staff, clean room. away from the hustle and bustle of the city to extend the wifi availability to the rooms and not to be limited to the lobby area only The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were really big and the upgrade from a superior to a deluxe room. Although the distance was a bit far from the city center, it was a pleasant ride into city on the light rail and the MTR. There are also some wonderful eateries,shopping centers and parks around the hotel. The rooms are clean and the scenery from the room is beautiful. The stay was a really wonderful and relaxing one.

Tidy / Clean / big area of room / Accetable price arrange most of them are OK..only i need to walk to the other building for swimming and gyms I enjoyed the facilites of this hotel only I feel a bit bad becoz it is what I have to walk to the other building for GYMs or Swimming. However, it doesn't bother me too much. Anyhow, I enjoy to stay there, I am sure I will come back to this hotel for another vacation.

Comfortable bed, good room services, restaurants are reasonably priced, even in local standard, huge swimming pool and adequate gym equipments Far away from the main commerical areas. We were surprised by the size of the room. It was comfortable with a small kitchen with microwave and cooking stove. We loved also the bed. It was so comforable that we rather stay in the hotel than running around for sight-seeing. We spent a lot of time in the swimming pool and the gym. The staff were very friendly. The only drawback was there was always large groups in and out the hotel who always kept the elevator full.

Everything..the room size...the quality of the service..the food in the restaurant...closeness to other restaurants and shops. Friendly staff.. the only thing I disliked was the distance to the centre of Hong Kong...except for that ( which can be overcome on local bus but takes and hour and the bus stop in HK is difficult to find for the return ) but this is not the hotel's fault and has nothing to do with it. They should include the internet with the room. I was quite taken aback by the size of the room. I had a fantastic view of the city around me and the pool and gardens below. Everyone ( the staff ) was great and were very understanding when I was upset when I couldn't find my credit card ( I finally found it ). Anything I asked for was promptly taken care of and the sheets and pillow cases changed daily ( not all hotels will do that ). Breakfast was huge with lots of fresh fruit and all the coffee you want. Thanks
Shopping Tip : At the top of the stairs and part of the mall...a great little restaurant with excellent service and a varied menu...good place to relax unhurried by the staff.

the room is clean and the people are polite and helpful. the hotel decoration is not as fancy as i think i like the hotel coz it is conventient that shopping mall is close by. However, i think the fare of shuttle bus to airport is too expensive. . Hope the price can be lower so that i can take the shuttle next time as well.

Room is big which is not common in Hong Kong hotel. Easy access to shopping and MTR. I have stay here for every trip in Hong Kong. Economy and really nice hotel.

Price reasonable, while booked through agent Location is a bit far. Should provide more option or shuttle bus to different location. Shuttle bus to airport is a bit expensive, not competitive with the bus. No room service is understandable but should give some recommendation for nearby restaurant. The house keeping staff is nice, always has smile with greeting.

Paying for room in advance with agoda, we are not able to use their phone for local call as we have no deposit with the hotel they should have ask deposit upon checking-in, not at the time when i need to use the phone. We enjoyed the high floor stay we asked for. Room is nice and clean. Staff honest. Convenient to look for food. Doorman nice and friendly, also gave us good information for our shopping needs. Easy access to LRT and MTR station. I will look forward to going back soonest if I can and I will recommend my friends to stay here aswell.
