Paying for room in advance with agoda, we are not able to use their phone for local call as we have no deposit with the hotel they should have ask deposit upon checking-in, not at the time when i need to use the phone.
We enjoyed the high floor stay we asked for. Room is nice and clean. Staff honest. Convenient to look for food. Doorman nice and friendly, also gave us good information for our shopping needs. Easy access to LRT and MTR station. I will look forward to going back soonest if I can and I will recommend my friends to stay here aswell.

Big room for HK standard, very clean and cozy bed.
Far from city centre. No free internet ascess
Enjoyed my stay very much, the reception and room service was friendly and good. Rooms, toilet are big for Hk standard. Clean and cozy bed. There's a community plaza next door,so its pretty convenient. LRT,bus station is opposite the road hence quite easy to travel within the city or anywhere else. Really recommend this hotel to anyone who doest want the bustle and chaos of city life as Tin Shui Wai is pretty quite
Travel tip : The LRT TInshuiWai circle can be quite confusing but moving around is efficient. Bus service is good and can go anywhere around HK with that. There's a nice family orientated shopping arcade next door the hotel which is very convenient

Tim Tsui Wai was quite visually attractive from the hotel room window. The hotel staff was great. The shuttle buses are convenient.
The location is not good if you want to spend much time in Kowloon or or Hong Kong Island. The shuttle buses do run often enough. The restaurant is only open for breakfast and on weekends. No towel racks in the bathroom.
This is a nice hotel with competent and helpful staff. The place seems well maintained and clean and the room had convenient amenities. Having a shopping mall with a good supermarket next door is convenient. The transportation system, especially from the airport could easily be improved by being made more frequent. We had to wait at the airport for an hour. The restaurant and bar should be open for much longer hours.

close to my customer and local living area, hotel located close to bus station, easy transportation!
I stay at this hotel before but reserved my room in hotel internet which is standard rate, but this time I found a super rate through Agoda, it makes all friends wanted to go to HongKong now, because nice view, nice service, nice room, clean, friendly and good location. Hotel close to buses and light rail train which makes shopping and dinning much easier. Local living life just nearby, I had alot of experience with real HongKong stay of foods now, excellent!!
Hotel Feature Tip : Leave some dining utensils to make our cooking much easier in the room!

spacious and good facility.
distant from the airport, infrequent hotel transfers
I found it convenient to book the hotel via Agoda and the rates offered on its site is great comparing to other websites. The hotel room is very spacious and the in-room facility is great (fridge, kettle, stove, microwave, hairdryer etc).
However, Habour Plaza Resort City is very far away form the airport (40 mins). Further, there is only one transfer per hour. This makes it tiring if one arrives only in the late evening/ & missed the hourly bus by minutes. It was not fun waiting for the bus with my toddler child for 45 mins till 23:00.
Hotel Feature Tip : Even it may not be obvious that the bell boy is around, the service is there if you called for help. And the humble bell boy is very pleasant.

the pillow should be harder / provide a harder pillow for the guest to choose. They are to soft indeed.
very kind and efficient staff. I only stayed one night for enjoying a one day holiday. All the facilities provided were made me feel very relax and comfortable. The excellent point is the buffet dinner! delicious and valuable! You should try once if you were there. But remember the buffet dinner is just available on Fri - Sun night. The air-conditioning is also perfect. They aimed to live a green live so many facilities were designed for environment. I love this. Beside, please do not worry about the transportation. It is more convenience than you expected!! That is all for sharing. Thanks!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : buy a one day travel pass in MTR station for saving transportation fee! and you can enjoy the night life in Yuen Long & Tuen Mun also!

The hotel is spacious and clean. There is a lot of cafe and restaurants below the hotel so food is not a problem. It's also very accessible to other parts of the town. The light rail is just in front of the hotel.
Might take one hour or so to get to TST. Need to pay 20 dollars for the shuttle bus. Other than that the hotel is good.
This is the 2nd time i'm staying at this hotel. The room has free toothbrush, shaver and comb for you to use. It's very clean too. Let me check out one hour late because i was packing my stuff in the hotel. I will definitely go back to harbour resort plaza again when i go hong kong again.
Hotel Feature Tip : Take the hotel shuttle to go TST. It's only 20 dollars and well worth it.

I had a deluxe room. The room was clean and spacious. It had a nice kitchenette with a stove, fridge, and microwave. We had a good view on the 26th floor. It was well worth the price I paid through this website.
Not much to do and see in the area. Though it is quiet without a lot of people if that's what you're looking for. They have internet access but wanted to charge $8 for 1 hour, or $15 for the day. I thought that was way too high. Also this was supposed to be a four star hotel, but they didn't have room service.
The staff was very accommodating. I needed a power adapter for my laptop late at night, and they sent one to me in only minutes. They have cable tv with several English channels.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There's a movie theater nearby, which was one of the few things to do in the area. There's also a big quiet park near the hotel.

Nice and friendly staff, very heplfull (provided maps etc). Nice quite area.More for relaxation.
Not very central, the swimming pool was not open when we stayed there. We had booked it hoping to use the pool. Transport in the area is kind of hard to figure out, locals don't have much english.
We found the hotel very quiet and relaxing. Though its not very central to Hong Kong and the tourist hot spots, it does have good big sized comfortable rooms and the local area is pretty. The hotel is right beside a shopping center and there are plenty of restaurants too. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We would recommend the Harbour Plaza Resort City to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Be sure to get a map and a guide for the MTR. Irs easy to use and the only way to get to the sights in Hong Kong Central.

value for the money, especially book through Agoda. Spacious room and friendly service.
We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, on our way to Shenzhen, China. Public bus E34 from the airport will send you just at the hotel. B2P connect the hotel to Shenzhen Wan custom directly during weekends. Very convenient. Far away from centre shopping area, but you can get whatever you want at Yuen Long, a nearby local HK living area, the area also famous for its food and restaurant. Like the hotel very much. Will definitely stay again.
Shopping Tip : If you just go for normal shopping (no luxury brands), it's very convenient from the hotel to Yuen Long. We love the area as you can see the real local life, with 3 shopping malls and a lot of famous restaurants.

Peace and quiet, great, spacious rooms with a view, sightseeing options and accessibility to public transport
By default, internet access is not made available to guests. (I had to call Front Desk why "internet service is temporarily unavailable" message flashes on my laptop everytime I plug it in. Only then will they activate the page where you can choose to pay HK$60 for one hour or HK$120 for 24-hours. I don't understand the logic of this.)
Except for the internet issue, Harbour Plaza Resort City has everything I want in a hotel during a holiday: well-appointed spacious rooms that feature a small sala and kitchen, a great view of the town center, accessible bus and light railway stations which are a few steps away from the hotel, a shopping mall right at the back, 24-hour 7-Eleven convenience stores (open even if we arrived at 12 midnight). It offers great value-for-money to budget travelers.
The best way to get there would still be the E34 coach (called Airbus) located in the station to the right of Terminal 2. One-way fare for the 45-min+ trip is HK$13.60, much lower than the HK$70 express shuttle.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Dining options at the Kingswood Ginza shopping mall at the back of the hotel have become more varied, including a KFC restaurant in addition to the usual Chinese and Japanese restos. The HK$55 one-day pass is also great for going around Hong Kong on board the MTR, its modern mass transit system. There's also a Giordano shop that offers good prices.

We got upgraded to a suite - lovely! It was huge especially for what we paid, bit out of the way so you spend a bit on travel but there's a light railway station just outside the hotel and the transport system can't be faulted

Large clean suite. Located next to the park and the mall.
A long drive from the airport and downtown. Buffet breakfast is nothing special and quite expensive.
This was my second stay at Harbour Plaza. The suite is large, well kept and clean. I especially like the fridge and microwave in the suite. There is a huge park behind the hotel that is great for morning jogs or evening walks. The staff are nice and friendly. They were helpful with maps and directions to attractions. While the hotel is a fair distance from the airport and Kowloon, the quality of the accommodations really make up for that small inconvenience.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The Octopus Card for traveling on the bus or train is a great investment. It makes getting around easy. You can use it at many convenience stores and fast food places also. You don't have to worry about digging in your purse for cash and you don't end up with a pile of coins at the end of the day either.

very nice amenities, very near supermarket and light rail
a bit far from touristy places
It definitely meets the 4-star criteria. It's near a light rail, so convenient. But it's not near anything touristy; you have to take transportation (MTR, light rail, taxi) to do anything fun. It's near a large supermarket that has anything you might need. Staff are friendly. Internet costs. Rooms are really nice. Lots of greenery around, as it's not in the busy part of Hong Kong. I'd stay there again (if I didn't have lots of luggage to lug).
Nightlife Tip : not much around, but near public transportation; get a Octopus pass at the MTR station if you stay here to use public transportation more easily if you stay more than a night (card deposit and remaining balance refundable)
