Free internet service. 7 We have spent 10 to 15 minutes at the main entrance of the hotel, just to wait for the hotel receptionist to open the door for us to check in our room. No one was answering the door, even though we have pressed the door bell for many times. Anyway, the hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The room is very small, but clean. It is in fact a good place to stay for overnight.

It was actually some sort of apartment and the hotel is occupying of the floor of the building. The owner is considered ok. Room is clean but quite small and we do not have much space to keep our luggage. However, the location is good. It is nearby one of the exit in Tsim Sha Zui, ie. Exit N1. There are some pubs and japanese cuisine downstairs. The only problem we faced was the water heater. The hot water turned into cold when we were showering. It was really killing us especially the temperature is around 13-15 degrees.

So we had to make a call using a red phone that is provided outside a "door". 10 minutes later the person which i presume to be the owner showed up. This is not what bothered us. Its how we were told that we shouldve rang in advance was what irked us. Sometimes in travel there are some unexpected delays, and we dont appreciate comig to a room which we have paid for , and have patiently waited to get greeted only to be brusquely told we should have rang earlier.

Groups Singapore, November 27, 2012	Great location, free wifi free wifi, desktop in each room 9.7 The HF hotel is conveniently located at Tsim Sha Tsui so taking the mtr to places was a breeze. The room is small but the bed is comfortable and the free wifi and desktop with internet connection more than made up for it. Also, they gave us a free iphone cover upon arrival. The bathroom is rather small so you might have to sit on the toilet bowl to shower if you are tall. They provide clean towels and basic toiletries! (something I wasn't expecting for the price I paid) Nightlife Tip: Two bars and plenty of restaurants right at the ground floor of the building!
