Excellent service staff, clean and comfortable hotel View from my room was of a construction site (not what I would have hoped for a "deluxe" room, but then again, I was upgraded to it without additional cost...) If you like being in the center of the action on Nathan Road, this is a great choice. Its close to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, as well as museums, Star Ferry terminal and Kowloon Park. While my original request for a non-smoking room was not able to be met, with a little persisstance on my part the hotel staff agreed to upgrade me at no cost to a deluxe room, on a non-smoking floor. Pricing seemed favaroable, or at least on par, with other similar level hotels in the area.

Central location easy acess,quick check in and check out No place to seat in the lobby,too many transpassers It is centrally located but because it has 2 doors there are too many people using it as a passage. Rooms are big and beds very comfortable but bathrooms very small compared to rooms. Also carpets are worn out. Needs renevation immediately.There is no enough soap and shampoo supply also. Internet connection very very expensive . Not recommended to any kind of traveller.

Hotel has good location, but small lobby.
I had a lot of noise form the air conditioning of the neighbors and could not sleep during the night.
My room was on the back hand side of the hotel and windows are singe glaze.
they should change the windows to double glaze for the gests comfort.

The location is accessible to everywhere in the area/. The bed in our room was quite small but they were true to their advertisment that it was a budget room so it is really ok. There was no breakfast included but Mc. Donalds was nearby.

can't leave money at the front desk to be pick up Holiday Inn is a hotel that gives guests comfort. Booking in this hotel is hassle-free and the service that the employees of this hotel give is very remarkable. This hotel is very near the MTR, which is also another thing that the tourists like. Holiday Inn is also very clean and well-maintained.

The Holiday Inn Golden Mile hotel in TST, Kowloon, Hong Kong is centrally located very near the MTR and all major shops and shopping areas. It has very nice and spacious rooms. The staff is extremely helpful, courteous, and has excellent service. The Executive Club and Lounge is very well worth the extra cost. I wish the rooms had less obstructed views. I also would have appreciated better than the marginal food provided in the room service menu. Overall, I would give the hotel a rating of 4 out of 5 stars.

Great location, very friendly staff, easy to get to express train to airport, good breakfast buffet Hotel is great - the neighborhood drives me a little nuts - tired of all the suit and watch sales people outside the hotel and it is getting tougher at night. I have been going to the Holiday Inn Golden Mile for 14 years - if I need to be in Kowloon that is where I stay. Good location, comfortable rooms , great breakfast buffet, convenient bar and nightlife, VERY friendly and helpful staff and prices generally pretty reasonable. I do not like some of the locals on the street in front of the hotel at night - seems to be getting a tougher crowd hanging out around the area. You might want to talk to the local police as some older people may feel uncomfortable.

They upgraded our room for no charge due to a bit of musty air in the original room that exacerbated my mom's allergies. The concierge wasw extremely helpful and everyone was eager to serve without being asked. Wonderful service all around. The original room was a bit musty but the room was older. All older rooms are this way. Rooms in Asia would be better without carpet due to the mold in humid climates. I traveled to Hong Kong for the first time and was accompianied by my mom. We chose the Holiday Inn Goldan Mile for its location and price. The wonderful service they offered was an extra plus. My mom has terrible allergies and the carpet in the original room was older and the room had a mild musty smell. They offered to upgrade our room for no extra charge. The new room was wonderful and our stay was very comfortable. They also gave us late check out for two hours at no extra charge due to a late evening flight we had. The concierge was very knowledgeable and very eager to help without any hesitation. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Hong Kong. The location is great as well and the service was an added bonus.
Travel tip : Hotel internet is not free but a wireless card can be purchased at the 7-11 around the corner for a very reasonable price.

good location, close to subway, big bed, clean little bit expensive than others near by here This hotel is very conveneince because good location. it's closed to subway station so easy to go anyway both in kowloon and hongkong. Easy to find good dimsum around here. If you like shopping, this is the good location. I will come back to stay here again. Room was clean and not so small . I booked for double bed room. Bed in my room is quite big. 2 Night here is perfect.....

Near MTR Station exit, near a lot of stores, and clean rooms. waited for a long time to check in Holiday Inn Golden Mile is a good place to stay if you want to shop in TST, Kowloon, Hong Kong! The location is nice because it's really near an MTR exit and the exit itself is near the station (you don't have to walk that much). Also, while we were in Hong Kong it was raining, so being near an MTR station exit to be able to access the covered walkways of the station is very convenient :) Guest service (room service/housekeeping) are a bit snappy and rude but I think it might be unintentional, and just the way they talk (intonations). Overall experience was satisfying.

An excellent property with a very good location in heart of kowloon-on nathan road-close to all shopping.Best location possible for a shopping trip and holiday.
Also close to tsim sha shui station etc.
The rooms and toilets are in very good condition.the hotel also has some very good resturants.Staff is generally good-but can be slightly more co-operative and friendly.
overall a good experience and recommended

Clean, friendly and helpful set of staff, great location and first class treatment reception area is crowded i stayed over the weekend and they have a bunch of helpful and friendly staff, room was great, location was perfect for those who intend to shop, hunt for food by foot and by public transports. Unfortunately the reception counter was a bit too small for the crowd that they had to serve and for a great hotel like that, maybe they could consider up sizing their counters
Nightlife Tip : Instead of Lan Kwai Fong and Soho in the central region, there are great pubs and bars in the areas beside the hotel along Mody Road the other adjacent roads
