The Hotel was clean and the staffs were very helpful. The location of the hotel is very convenience to us. The colors of the room should renew. This is the second time we stay at Holiday Inn Golden Mile. This hotel provided us a harmony space during our time in Hong Kong. The location of the hotel is just perfect and very convenience to us for shopping, everning walk at Avenue of Stars and for my children to have fun time at Kowloon Park. As known that the public transportation was excellent in HK where we can get the services easily.

good location with MTR just next to the hotel and shopping surrounding it Hotel location is good as the MTR is just next to the hotel. There are many shops and eating places surrounding the hotel. However, the room is small and the furniture in the room is quite old. Bath room is very small and barely can fit one person. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly but the hotel lobby is very crowded as there are many passengers walking pass the lobby to the other side of the street

well equipped rooms. Good shower.Good restaurants. Well located for shopping and traveling by MTR. long time to check in. Heaters required for winter months. rooms small. Carpets dirty.Staff not very helpful sometimes. It took me nearly 20 minutes to check into the hotel. The person who was checking me in was disturbed many times by other staff. My room was still being prepared though I checked in after 3.00 in the afternoon. The rooms were small but very functional, with every requirement catered for.The view from the room was very bleak (I guess thats why the curtains operated without any hitches).The restaurants were very good with good buffets for breakfast lunch and dinner. The supper buffet at the reduced rate was good value for money.All in all a pretty enjoyable stay with the location of the hotel being its trump card.
Hotel Feature Tip : Ask for a fan heater if the room is cold in winter.

the standard room on the fifth Flor was very small.
The carpet near the elevator on the third Flor to the sixth Flor was dirty and a lot of stains. My husband and i had stayed at holiday-inn hotel for six nights.the staff were very polite the room was well accommodated tho it was very small. but it was very annoying when we reached our floor. to see the dirty carpets. it mad us feel second rat.

Good location near the waterfront, ferry terminal and Metro Station Awful views of trash dump alleyways.
Unremarkable service. I wouldn't stay here again, with so many better hotels nearby, with views of Hong Kong Island and the waterway.
Travel tip : Go to the Grand theatre to see what is playing

Everything is close by, can walk to everything. Some room can smell the smoking from the floor below. Great location, walk to the Star Ferries, lots and lots of shopping, great transportation, subway, buses, everything jut outside the door steps away. thousands of things to do. Restaurant everywhere. Rooms have been upgraded in the last few years are are quiet and clean. Very nice staff. Pool on the roof and free fitness center. the price is great for the loations and services.
Shopping Tip : Everything you can imagine just outside on Nathan Road. Subway stop in front of the hotel. Free shuttle to Express train to airport.

Super convenient,well connected location Choice of breakfast items could be a little more extensive My stay at the Holiday Inn Golden Mile was extremely pleasant and satisfying! I have stayed there twice in 2 months and have also recommended it to friends and family traveling to Hong Kong. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facilities provided at the Executive Floor Lounge make the stay quite relaxing and comfortable!

Convenient location w/MTR & shopping at your doorstep. Clean, spacious room. Courteous, professional hotel staff. This is my second stay at the HIGolden Mile and it won't be my last. Everyone...from the porter, to the front desk personnel, to the room 'housekeepers'...was cheerful, friendly, yet professional. I felt I was in such a safe and comfortable environment...a home-away-from-home. Amenities were at my fingertips: iron, iron board, hair dryer, internet access, etc. Additionally, the hotel is so very convenient to the MTR station (right across the street) as well as the shopping area (right outside your doorstep). Who can ask for more? This hotel has it all! I will definitely return to the Holiday Inn Golden Mile! Thank you, Agoda, for providing this memorable experience for me!

highly recommended, excellent location, right in the shopping and business district service sometimes is lacking best location for the money, have everything you need: shopping, dining , entertainment just surround this location, nearby to the subway too. the food in the hotel is ok, but dining around the area is much better!

location, service, room space many people out side of hotel a very good hotel, always try to stay here whenever im in HK. its just too bad there's too many people hanging around outside of the hotel. makes it feel unsafe. but it's ok though cuase it looks like they are just passing brochures

Excellent service staff, clean and comfortable hotel View from my room was of a construction site (not what I would have hoped for a "deluxe" room, but then again, I was upgraded to it without additional cost...) If you like being in the center of the action on Nathan Road, this is a great choice. Its close to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, as well as museums, Star Ferry terminal and Kowloon Park. While my original request for a non-smoking room was not able to be met, with a little persisstance on my part the hotel staff agreed to upgrade me at no cost to a deluxe room, on a non-smoking floor. Pricing seemed favaroable, or at least on par, with other similar level hotels in the area.

Central location easy acess,quick check in and check out No place to seat in the lobby,too many transpassers It is centrally located but because it has 2 doors there are too many people using it as a passage. Rooms are big and beds very comfortable but bathrooms very small compared to rooms. Also carpets are worn out. Needs renevation immediately.There is no enough soap and shampoo supply also. Internet connection very very expensive . Not recommended to any kind of traveller.

Hotel has good location, but small lobby.
I had a lot of noise form the air conditioning of the neighbors and could not sleep during the night.
My room was on the back hand side of the hotel and windows are singe glaze.
they should change the windows to double glaze for the gests comfort.
