I was disappointed of being provided a twin bed instead of double bed when check in due to there no vacancy.
The deluxe room decor is ok but the restroom is too dusty. The only advantage point of hotel is located right to the MTR.
All in all, for the price over, surely to can get better hotel with nicer condition room.

very nice location for people who don't like to spend money on taxi. The MTR station is just near by and 7-11 is around which makes me feel it is very convenient.

i stayed at holiday inn golden mile hotel for my seminar in hk. i admit that the location of this hotel is very good, just a few minutes walk from tsim sha tsui mrt station and very closed to hk's attractions and local restaurants. since i arrived at the hotel very late at night because of flight availability, i made the phone call two days before my arrival to the receptionist in advance to reserve the room in the non-smoking floor, and she could help do so effectively. all facilities are good for my short stay, but the hotel should provide free-of-charge wireless internet services at least at the lobby area. in a nutshell, i am satisified with this hotel.

quite a good value for money hotel. location is pretty central and the ferry terminal is easily accessible as well as the subway. breakfast selection is a bit limited. the concierge refused to inform us when the shuttle bus to the train station for the airport express will arrive. they insisted that we stand and wait at the entrance instead.

the hotel is situated in a good location-- right smack of the Tsimshatsui area. There are nice restaurants around, a very good mall featuring both high-end and cheap shops altogether.
Restaurant Tip:
The Japanese restaurants located at the mall across the hotel (iSquare Mall- 3rd and 7th floors) serve really good food-- fresh ingredients and a great balance of flavor. The staff of the restaurants are also very friendly.
