Fantastic location in Central, close to everything including MTR, easy walk downtown to ferries, good little cafe/restaurant next door with reasonable coffee, friendly super-helpful staff, comfortable room with lovely bathroom and good shower, clean and quite spacious rooms (for that location), complimentary tea and coffee. The entrance is on the street so can be a little tricky pulling up in the cab but really not a big issue; quite noisy aircon. A hip and friendly little hotel/serviced apartment complex in the Central area of HK Island. Ten minute walk to downtown shops and hotels and Hollywood Rd galleries and antique shops; if needing to venture further afield, close to MTR stations, also within walking distance of LKF nightlife. Chemist across the road and a good eating spot right next door. Also have a food delivery service covering Indian, Chinese, Spanish, pizza and Italian etc. Staff extremely helpful and nice, they have a 24 hour contact number for their GM which is most reassuring. Also a limo service to and from the hotel. My only small caveat is the somewhat noisy aircon but as it was cooler at nights on my visit I didn't need it to be on much.
Shopping Tip : Easy 10-15 minute walk to all major shopping venues (Landmark etc) and shops and galleries of Hollywood Rd.

free wifi difficult to spot + taxi driver didn't know where it was Was difficult to find- even the taxi driver didn't know it. Once I got inside it was very nice. However it is serviced appartments rather than a hotel so doesn't have any communal areas or facilities like a restaurant. The rooms are decorated in a modern minimal style. The layout was very good. It is about 5 mins walk from Sheng Wan MTR station.

Great location at affordable price - close to Central, LKF, Dr Sun YatSen Museum, Antique St, Kowloon Station, shopping, restaurants etc. Ideal if you want to cover Central.
Friendly staff - happily answered our queries and helped us hailed our cab to Kowloon Station. Can be a bit hard to find as it's nestled in between 2 entrances and the signage is rather obscure. Our cab driver missed it twice. Very nice apartment-styled hotel with personalised greeting from the management. We arrived past 11pm but there was no fuss in checking in - everything was ready. There are complimentary umbrellas in the wardrobe too. Very comfortable and spacious.
For great yumcha experience HK style, walk over to the corner restaurant just before LKF @ Kau U Fong. Lots of locals and tourists go there so you can't miss it. Be prepared to 'fight' for your dimsum.
Take the escalator up to Dr Sun YatSen Museum or walk past Antique St enroute. In the morning, pick your fruits from the local fruit stalls along the way to the escalator.
Hotel Feature Tip : Ask your driver to stop opposite Watson and walk back past the traffic lights. Erba is at the 2nd entrance.
