As mentioned, the hotel's best features are: Clean, Hotel Crew are very courteous & friendly, awesome facade, magical interior suited for kids & kids at heart. As a construction Engineer, the following technicalities were observed too: Width of room doors are not wide enough to accomodate larger luggages as well as tables for room services; bathroom carpets does not have rubber or vinyl base - this will cause slippage whether the floors are either wet or dry.

Highly recommended if you have young kids and/or yourself a fan of Disney. we visited mid-week which was ideal, i would probably avoid weekends and local holidays as I assume it get crowded.
- Hotel Feature Tip : breakfast with the Disney characters is a must for the kids.
