Average city hotel along a quiet street
good food in the vicinity, close to Causeway Bay shopping and quiet surrounding

Was put into a 'handicap' room which looks like a hospital setup. Room is thus bigger and comfortable. As a place to sleep for a day, it is ok.

Budget pricing hotel with good location
close to shopping area and restaurants in Wanchai

After my checking-out I was quite offended when the counter staff told me they will charge a fee for per luggage that I will ask them for safe keeping and collect at later time. Normally the concierge of a normal hotel will do this for free. I can understand this is a budget hotel so they will charge for any fee for any service.

They failed to give me an early call which meant I missed my plane!
The lifts are a joke! They are used more (and give preference to) the floors 1-8 under the hotel room floors. They are a disgrace. it took me 20 minutes to go down on the first morning!

The best part about this hotel was the location. It is not a 3 star hotel and it is totally over priced, but so are all hong kong hotels in the center. The staff was not very friendly and there were hidden costs. I would only stay at this hotel again if I had to.

Great service and location
I really enjoyed the location, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and I felt very safe.

I traveled by myself and stayed in a single room. I was very accommodated and felt very comfortable during my stay. The location was in a very interesting place with plenty of places to eat and explore. The staff was very helpful and friendly and spoke English very well. I was also very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. Room service was provided every day and was done very efficiently. The rooms were safely protected and I ran into no problems during my stay.
