Economic, room with fair size and nice service but old furniture.
Near Causeway Bay, easy for shopping and eating, far from MTR, need to walk around 15mins.

The room is spacious but far from LRT

I had booked 2 twin beds room but they upgraded me to 2 family room !
The room is spacious and super view too.
However, i don't think it is near to any LRT station, especially we were travelling with young kid with stroller and 2 old folks. We need to walk around 5-10 min to reach the LRT.
However, it is close to Wan Chai Star Ferry, walking distance also around 5-10 min.
Lastly, the money i paid via Agoda is really worth to stay there. I will stay there again if I got the good deal from Agoda !

Purpose staying in HK Kings Hotel is for resting purpose, lot of service and facilities of this hotel is not applicable to us. Been out the whole day after check in.

Great location but no service

Having lived and worked in Hong Kong for over six years, I did not expect smiling faces at the check-in counter; after all the literal translation of foreigner is foreign devil. The location of the hotel was prefect for me, and the room reasonably clean. What put me off was our last day, when I asked for a late check-out. That I had to pay a full day rate to stay till 8pm I found hefty. That the reception called at 8pm sharp to tell me that time was up shocked me, I would have accepted a reminder at eight something. In conclusion: I will not stay there again, there are much better places in this exciting city.

Very normal and basic hotel located between Wan Chai and Causeway Bay MTR station. Call to ask for the direction before arrive Hong Kong and was handle well by the sales staff Ms Cherry Li and was given a detail map and the airport bus number. Upon arrived we have no problem to find the hotel and our check in was handle well also by the receptionist Ms Rain. To our surprise she allow us to use credit card for our room deposit. The family room is much much better than other room and to avoid room without window. The cleanliness is acceptable in the room and also the bathroom.The bed was very very hard. Our good experience was spoil by a man receptionist who work at night, he was so rude when we ask for the direction. Overall we enjoy our stay here.

Great Location with many restaurant surrounding.

This hotel is clean, the room is big for the family room and look new. It near to MRT station and near to Time Square Shopping mall. Surrounding hotels found many restaurants and also many pub for leisure. The hotel lift is limited and slow. They charge for the luggage storage with HKD10 each.

We stayed for 2 nights in Family Room, which is spacious. Location was OK as well, since it is near food shops, convenience stores, Starbucks, MTR and Causeway Bay. However, the elevator can be confusing and takes a while to go up and down. Also, since we checked out at 12 and our flight is still at 10 PM, we left our bags, and surprised that they charged $10 HKD per bag.

our stay was fine.. but the hotel was in inner part of the city .. not easily accesible. 10 mins walk to nearest mtr station. ( not suitable with small children) the comfort room is small and the bed is very hard. hotel interior is old. elevator is slow and small.
