Nice Hotel but lousy reception staff

arrived late in the evening to find my request of non smoking room being disregarded: the reception staff member was rude & quite frosty about having to seek another room.
she made what was less than respectful remarks to her colleagues about having to find me another room - most unprofessional!

when i stayed there, i arrived at airport very late time. but very convinient to check in there. so i really want to try again in there. staff was very friendly and kind.

Very close to the airport, free shuttle every 20 minutes, takes less then 5 to get there. Rooms are good and spaceaous, but try and stay close to the elevators, can be a long walk. Solid breakfast choices as well, great bar.
Hotel Feature Tip:
ask for a room close to the elevators.

Great loction near airport for a quick lay over

The staff were effecient. Don't ask for a quiet room or you will be miles away from the elevators (which aren't particularly noisy.) Drinks were quite expensive but worked out fine with happy hour. Bus to the airport were every 20 minutes so convenient for our early depart to Heathrow.

Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott Hotel is an excellent hotel directly and nearest to the airport. Friendly and helpful staff, clean, good gym, good food (tried the Burger), great rooms, higher class, but more pricy than others

Great room, clean and large, comfortable bed, shame we did not get a better view, suspect that is the cost of booking via the search engine.
Travel tip:
Easy access to the city, less than 1/2 hour away and therefore significantly better value than staying in the city and then travelling back to the airport via airport express link!

Solid Hotel
nice rooms, convenient to the hotel, 5 minute free shuttle ride

Good food, good breakfast buffet, solid rooms, good size, but try and get close to the elevators because it can be along walk down the hall. The only negative was the attitude/service of the concierge who misplaced a bag and a camera for us. The bartender was great as was the service there.
Hotel Feature Tip:
ask for a room on the executive floor and close to the elevators!

The location that makes this nice for a quick stay by the airport is also the detraction. Departing aircraft can be heard. This is to be expected for an airport located hotel.
