Great Hotel - very modern
Good Service and nice sized new like rooms

I had a great stay at the hotel this time. Overall this is a 5 star + hotel in my books. It is classy and clean. The people speak clear english and are very helpful.
Hotel Feature Tip:
This hotel is very close to the airport. I stay here because I dont want to travel far when I need to get to the airport early. The hotel is very clean and nice.

The station is near, the airport is also near, and it is very convenient.

a quiet night in a very good hotel located not far away from hong kong international airport. all of us - the parents and the kids - enjoyed tthe stay and the kids were so impressed about the beds that we may have to invest in new beds when coming back home to norway...

Service hit and miss

this is my second time staying here and i have to say that the first time was so much better. nothing at all to do with the hotel and its amenities but the shuttle bus. the first time i was the only one in the bus and it was a breeze. the second stay was completely different. there was a queue for the shuttle bus and then they couldn't put everyone on because suitcases were taking up half the bus. luckily the hotel is a 3 minute ride away. but for a hotel of this caliber you would think they had a better bus or system. when all you want to do is get into bed (awesome beds too) you don't really want a suitcase to be holding you up. everything else is perfect though!

Great location for a quick turn in Hong Kong

my stay was very comfortable after a long flight. the bed and pillows were awesome. i loved the fact they had ample plug in for computers, phones etc. they even had one in the bathroom for my flat iron :)
staff was wonderful and i loved the free, quick transportation from the airport to the hotel.
i will stay here again!!

Lovely hotel and service with a smile
clost to airport, convenience for early morning flight, bright indoor lighting for guest room, breakfast buffet at the executive lounge, indoor pool and spa

Overall the hotel provides very high quality of services. The location is just besides Hong Kong Airport Expo and 5 minutes drive to Airport. It provides shuttle to airport every 20 minutes. However, no bell boy shown up in the morning to help me to lift up my baggae to the shuttle. It's too far from the urban area but it's worth to stay. For my next trip to Hong Kong, I'll choose this hotel again for the night before departure.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There is alwasy concert or exhibition at the Airport Expo and it's just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. It's also not too far from Hong Kong disney and the Bo Lin Temple Budda. Lantau Island is a good place for hiking.

Perfect transit hotel

I give this place 9.5 out of 10. They made us feel so welcome, threw in breakfast unexpectedly, made no mistakes even when busy on Xmas day. Competent. Courteous. Low key professionalism. I've stayed in lots of hotels and paid a premium for a late booking - we ended up thinking this was a very good decision....no pressure, no traffic, so EASY....PS We had our 11 year old twins too and everyone treated them well....and these are not perfect kids.
Hotel Feature Tip:
For transit stop with option to train it to the City or just relax between flights into China, this is a good choice. Thanks Marriott - never used you before, but I will be back whenever I can.

Arrival and check in was quick and professional.
The meal selections in the lobby grill was basic and lacked imagination for presentation,variety and value for money.
The emphasis in the restaurant is a rather expensive buffet selection.
We ordering basic a la carte, we left two meals untouched, bland, packet style food simply re heated with no cooking skill.
My suggestion for travellers is to taxi or shuttle bus to the nearby shopping mall to find quality food and dining.
A good stay non-the-less but will look for another food option when staying in the Hong Kong Airport area on future trips.

Great Hotel near to Hong Kong Airport

The spacious room has an adjoining door to the next room but the bolt was only barely toughing the lock and can open with a plastic. Ask to change room but front desk sent technician to fix the lock and he opened both doors thinking we want to be able to access the room next door.
Otherwise good customer service. Floor leader was very curteous and helpful once she understood our concern about safety.
