Very comfortable, large and clean rooms, price is reasonable for this international hotel, the breakfast buffet is delicious, and easy to access to the Asia-World Expo and the Airport. One negative thing is that the room I stayed this time is very far from the lift, there are a lot of rooms in each floor, but the lifts are all centralized in one area, and my room is quite far from the lifts, so each time I go up or down, I need to walk around 2-3 mins from the lift to my room.

Like many others the only reason I booked this place was that I had a overnight layover at HKG and this was close. It was a great hotel to spend 15+ hours in. Staff were very friendly, airport shuttle is free and leaves every 30 minutes I think.

i was greeted at the airport and taken by car to the hotel. since i was in a wheelchair, they were very helpful in providing me with anything i wanted. one day stay was great and the buffet was excellent. they returned me to the airport next day, right to the air canada counter from the hotel, in my wheelchair.the hotel felt just like home. i will only stay at this hotel again on my trips to hongkong.
Restaurant Tip:
breakfast buffet is well worth it. great selections and first class foods

Lack of attention to detail

A nice hotel with attentive staff let down by a lack of attention to details. The rooms were lovely and the location ideal for a brief stay in the city. But connecting to the Internet was a hassle, the advice given on getting to the city unclear at first and the hotel had little capacity to deal with my request for a duvet that was not feather, which is almost inexcusable.

Stayed here overnight on the way to Europe - it's very easy to get to from the airport and the rooms are comfortable.
