Location is great for textile & garment wholesale area. Cheap priced rooms but not exactly value for money. Near to MTR station. Very near to tourist areas by bus or train. Slightly better than hostels and great for real budget travellers. Shower strength is very good though. Unfriendly front desk, almost hostile. Extremely tiny rooms, even two Asians can't move inside room - you jusr hop straight into bed. Limited cable tv channels, almost no English programs. Flat pillows and grey sheets. I don't sleep well on their bed. It's quite an uncomfortable hotel to stay in, although prices are cheap. But that's what you get - tiny room, grey bed sheets, flat pillows, super tiny bathroom/toilet, hostile front desk, dated fittings, no in room safe and no wardrobe. Although location is excellent for people in the textile & garment business. And it's very near MTR station and tourist area is only one stop away. Unless I'm on a very tight budget, I'll not torture myself to stay there again. It was not a cheerful experience for me.
Restaurant Tip : Lots of food outlets around the area if you know how to walk around. Maybe can try ask the unfriendly staff ofr directions; you may have better luck than me.

Reasonable Rates, Near MTR, Bus Stop See-through Toilet & Bath, Cramped Areas Getting to Hotel 36 is quite easy. Just board the A21 bus at the airport. Alight near the Prince Edward Station and walk a few blocks. The area is quiet. The Hotel is very near the fashion district & MTR Station/Prince Edward-Boundary Streets. There are a few fastfood centers & restaurants nearby. As expected, the room is small. They saved on space by putting see-through walls for the toilet/bath. But we managed to cover it up w/newspapers to have some privacy. There is free use of the hotel PC at the lobby if you want to go online. Check out the massage shops across the hotel. They're a perfect night-cap after a whole day of walking! Geeting back to the airport, we rode the E21 bus for only HK$26. No need to be harrassed by taxi drivers. I recommend this hotel since it covers all the basic needs at a very affordable price.
